I went to Auction on 10/12/23 intending on buying a car. Signed up and made deposit. The car I bid on and won was 2007 **** Edge. T he car struggled to make it home. There was something majorly wrong with the transmission. There were no engine codes displayed. When I got home I had someone scan the car and sure enough there were 7 codes. Johnny Cash had cleared the codes in the early morning before the auction. They also overcharged me. They knew the car was bad. They deceived me by clearing the codes before auction. I know this because the scan tool i used is able to display dates and time. So I found a company that buys cars and accepted. The tow company is named *********** ***** King is located next door to Johnny Cash. I was offered $900.00 from the third party company that i accepted. Tow driver came. We talked about the car and he told me that the car had a transmission problem. I asked how he knew and he said there was a program that they can access and enter the **** It brings up any problems the car has. My offer was decreased to $500. I accepted $600 and he took the vehicle. I followed up on the car and found that Johnny Cash auto auction had it on the list of inventory to be sold on 10/26/23. I paid $1600 + $350(dealer fee) + $60 (auctioneers fee). Total $2010. They billed my card $2195.99 and my bank is in the process of investigating why the overcharge. They ended up selling the vehicle on 10/26/23 for $2250. They are making more money on a car they know is bad. I have all this documented and considering taking them to court. This is a BAD company. Hard to believe that our government allows companies like this to rip its citizens off over and over again. It cant be legal but then again our system is broken.

In order to bid on an online auction I was required to make a deposit of $500.00 which would either go towards a vehicle purchase had I won or be refunded. I did not win a vehicle, nor have I been refunded the deposit. There was a separate issue where I had to close the card that the deposit was made on but no bank change. After 9 emails I was told by Johnny Cash auto auctions to add a different card to the 3rd party online auctions house in which I did. They later told me that won't work and they will cut me a check. I do not accept checks. I offered PayPal, even offered to trade for a car which us all I want to do is get a car but they refused. Ach transfers are available they are not choosing to repay my deposit. I'm hoping you will help them understand that they need to not take people's money, refund it as promised.
