            Traina Design and ****************** runs a website and service supposedly connecting merchants and customers/freelance workers. In order to start there is a deposit requirement. Their system improperly matches your account with products that put a negative balance on the user account. Their customer service claims all funds will be released when the negative balance is cleared. The system matches products according to account size and puts an exorbitant debt repeatedly so funds are frozen. They neither ship products nor offer a refund. The Traina group uses deceptive business practices to get user funds and show products they dont ever ship. By ordering products users complete sets of tasks on the platform to earn a commission. Their system will automatically freeze funds and they claim a combo product is to blame. These debts add up quickly and they falsely claim that you can withdraw the full amount if you clear the negative balance. They say to get my $7500 back I need to send in another $12000. I have spent days getting stonewalled and attempting to call the company is futile. I contacted the **** ***** Traina and was told to go away and emails and voicemails are not returned. I have done everything I can in good faith and no resolution is offered. They are committing fraud. Their solution was to credit me $4k so there is now not $12k but $8.5k debt supposedly owed, thing is I cleared the debt only to see immediately s larger debt added. They are not available once they say that all funds will be refunded/released. They threaten funds will be lost or released to a merchant who never ships the products ordered. I just want my funds back, a full refund and Im happy to not use their platform again.
