    10/1/24, 10/3/24, 10/9/24 -- They send a guy called ****** ******** to do drywall repair work. Made me pay by the day so there was no way to confirm how decent the work was going to be. I was asked to check the work to see if it was satisfactory and when I pointed out that it was not smooth and it need to be consistent he got upset and left. He left unfinished with cracks, dents, oversanded and undersanded. Also left a huge mess with wet drywall chunks and paper everywhere. It looked like a hurricane when through the place.

    Day 1: 9 hours, totaling $983.25 (after a 5% discount).
    Day 2: 5 hours, totaling $546.25 (2 hours free labor).
    Day 3: 2 hours billed ($218.50 unpaid) + 4 hours free labor.
    Despite our daily payment policy being included in the estimate and followed throughout, you voiced concerns about paying before completion. However, payments were authorized via secure links sent to your phone, with no disputes raised at that time.
    Cleanliness and Quality Concerns
    While we acknowledge your concerns about cleanup and finish quality, our technician was not given the opportunity to complete final cleanup or adjustments. Instead, you chose to clean before reaching out to management. Additionally, cosmetic issues could have been addressed under our one-year warranty, but you declined all offers to return and resolve them.
    Resolution Efforts
    In good faith, we offered to:
    Waive the remaining $218.50 balance.
    Address cosmetic concerns with a senior technician at no cost.
    These offers were declined, and the complaint was escalated instead.
    Final Notes
    We provided all services as agreed, including free labor and discounts, and remain committed to resolution. While we regret your dissatisfaction, we respectfully stand by the value of the work delivered and our multiple attempts to resolve this amicably.

    You never reached out after my last text to you. 
    You never offered to send someone by email or call free of charge to fix anything via a warranty after the day he walked out leaving the mess and damage to walls.

    You never once offered regret of any kind that you sent an unhinged amateur into our home to walk out leaving a mess, verbally assaulting us after damaging our walls. 
    The majority of work was not done. The entire drywall had to taken down and redone. You would know that had you asked. 
    The only offer was to have the same unhinged amateur come back into our home to clean up the gargantuan mess the following afternoon. I didn't feel safe with that so I said no. As would most people. 
    If you have those sound bites of your offers to fix things off your recorded calls or emails or texts please send them over in its entirety. I would love to hear them. I have no records via phone, email or text on this end. I will also get call logs via cell phone w dates if that makes it easier.

    Unfortunately work was not code certified and totally unprofessional. Had electrical work to be completed. Service technician was not certified to do this work. Left open live wire in the bedroom. Did not connect appliance to electric circuit safely. We called a certified electrician to check work and work has to be done again - person could not believe they left an open LIVE WIRE in the bedroom. They said that was because they simply did not know what they were doing. Local number gets call center in a foreign country who demand payments. Endless discourteous and unpleasant texts. No ability to call a local person. They over-charge stating a 'gas fee of $90' if less than 4 hours and a $43 dollar random fee. Cost per hour exceeds $200!!! They send you an estimate immediately via text and ask you to confirm.
