    They sent email that they took the money. I sent email back to get shipping date and tracking number but no response. Sent another email inquiring of the shipping and tracking number or a refund still no response from the company.

    Placed an order with the company in October for ammunition they charge my credit card in full for shipping and merchandise they never shipped the item I emailed them several times for their shipping confirmation no reply I told them I would like to cancel my order and please give me a refund they will not respond. I called my cc company and filed a dispute with them for not receiving my order.

    I purchased 1000rds of ammo as advertised on Frontier Sports Supply website. The shipment finally arrived and upon opening, I discovered on 750rds were sent (also a different brand than ordered). Shipping invoice was included verifying that they did only send 750rnds. I contacted the merchant and received an email saying they had priced the ammo wrong and sent me the amount they thought was sufficient for the price I paid. They never tried to contact me before making this adjustment. This is bait and switch practices. After researching the company *** found this seems to be their way of doing business. Its criminal. Ive asked them for a 25% refund (for 25% of what I ordered that was never sent). This is only fair. But Ive gotten zero response from the merchant. Apparently they feel its okay to bait and switch merchandise like this.

    On August 22, 2024, I placed an online order on the Frontier Sports Supply LLC website for 2 units of CCI Blazer Brass 9mm 124gr FMJ Ammo 500 Round Case for the price of $151.98 each. In addition, I paid $32.99 for shipping and $29.03 for handling, for a total amount charged to my debit card of $242.53. To date, I still have not received my order or a refund. I also never received tracking or shipping information. I did initially receive a response to my emails indicating that the company was experiencing shipping delays. I have sent several follow-up emails asking for an order update and/or shipping information. I never received a response. I then requested a refund. I never received a response. Eventually, I had an attorney send a demand letter, at which time I was told I should receive my order within the "next couple of days." I still have not received my order, any shipping information, and/or a refund. In addition to requests for information via email, I have also called the number listed on their website countless times, but it just continues to ring and doesn't give you the option to leave a voicemail.

    I placed an order almost 2 months ago for 1000 rounds of 124 grain brazed brass ammo from them. I paid 223$ in full. They only sent me 750 round. Then they tried to say it was an error on the web site. Which is a lie there was no error. Because now the same ammo is even cheaper at 183$ for 1000 rounds. I have tried to lever a review on the page. They even sent me a email to fill out which I told the problem. Ive sent several emails to them only to get ignore most of them time. I did get one email said they will ship them out in a couple days. That was last week. Then I said dont you need my address. Then they said oh yeah. I think they are just messing with me at this point. I told them I will will be contacting you. And I will net contacting all major gun communitys to let them know to not buy from this company. And I would have bought more from them if they was not crooks. I want my remaining 250 rounds. Ps I have a friend that just bought 1000 rounds last week for 183$. And we will see if they ship them to him or he also will send in a complaint. I have screen shots of my order and proof of paid in full. Order says 1000 rounds. Not 750. I have all the emails to them and what they sent back with excuses and lies.

    I recently went to ammoseek and found a good deal on *** through a website called Frontier Sports Supply 1000 rounds (20 boxes of 50rounds) for ****** with shipping ,handling and taxes included. I ran the website through a website checker and everything seemed legit. . The shipment status went to shipped in the next few days and all seemed good, but that's when the issues started. After several failed communications to get tracking, the package magically arrived. After opening the package I noticed I was shorted 5 boxes of the 20 boxes (250 rounds) . The box was fairly messed up so I actually assumed it was a shipping issue and contacted the shipper to get them to file a claim. To which they replied with the following..... (See attached)(Condensed version: we shipped you less ammo but we think it's still a fair deal so unfortunately we will not help you)So not only did they know they didn't ship the amount of ammo ordered, they knew they messed up and still shipped less and were not going to inform me. Then when asked about it they simply say "well it's still an okay deal, so you are fine " I have tried to contact them and ask them to either send the rest of ammo I ordered or reimburse me for that amount of ammo which I feel is fair. To which I have received no reply. My hope is to still convince them to do the right thing but until then I cannot in good faith recommend their website. I also noticed they already have the same deal relisted so I'm concerned it may be a frequent scam they are running. Seems odd a company would choose to s**** over a customer instead of making the situation right over such a small amount. They admitted to making the mistake and admitted to refusing to ship the remaining amount. Any help or at least preventing others from getting ************ inside would be great.
