DO NOT GO HERE - MANAGEMENT HAS NO RESPECT FOR QUALITY OR THEIR CUSTOMER'S TIME Here was my experience:I took my new car here to tint my windows. The manager, *****, was quick to upsell me on tinting all my windows (including my windshield), which I ended up doing.... and that's when the issues started...1. The first tint job was completely botched. They had just hired the guy that did my windows, and ALL of the windows had issues. From the tint itself being cut very poorly to dust and bubbles getting stuck in the tint, I had to go back to get it entirely redone.2. Even though I had expressed discontent with every window, after 11 hours with the car, ***** decided to redo all of them except the windshield (even though the windshield had a crease in the tint, trapped bubbles and dust, and a big defect in the corner).3. I set appointments and reached out to ***** directly to get the windshield redone (which I've now been told from their corporate office is not appropriate), and after going back to the shop 2 more times (at the time of my appointment and when ***** had told me to come by) they told me they were too busy to get my car in.4. Today was the last straw - I came by exactly when ***** told me to (again), but this time ***** was out sick and hadn't told anyone in his shop about my appointment. So I was sent home a 3rd time, and was told I should come back and drop my car off at 9AM and leave it with them for 10 hours to get JUST the windshield redone.At this point, I have no respect for *****, this company, the quality of their service, or the way they treat their customers. I've spent over 3 hours driving back and forth to their shop trying to sort this out, but even after having my car for over 14 hours total, ***** still can't seem to get things right.Important Note: The issues I've faced are the direct result of poor management (i.e., *****). I will say the staff members I met in the shop while waiting were very friendly and professional.
