    I purchased 3 tops from this company in July 2024 after seeing an ad on ******** marketplace, I promptly returned 2 using their company provided label. The seller received the items back in their warehouse on August 2 at 10:27 AM , the seller reached out nearly a week later claiming they only received one item. When I asked them for proof, they sent me a picture of a package and label that was not mine along with a photo of an item that was not mine . The seller had possession of the two items for nearly a week, and obviously based upon them showing me a label that was not mine- either had a theft or mix up issue internally. I have still not received the refund for the second item, which was returned and the seller refuses to give it to me despite them receiving the item. The seller is at fault as they are not staying organized with their return processes, hang on to returned items for significant amounts of time, which can often cause internal theft or confusion issues (as indicated and proven by the emails I will show as proof) . I just want to have a refund for the items I returned. I have seen many others posting on their social media pages about similar scenarios

    Company refuses to provide a refund for items that were promptly returned using the company supplied return label that they are claiming they are unable to locate. **** confirmed delivery of the return on 8/12/2024 as part of a bulk return including 27 other items under the company's firm label ID. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the company via email were made but the company will not accept responsibility for what they say is a missing return contrary to what the postal carrier has communicated.

    I returned this package on 7/9/24, and it was received by Rowan on 7/11/24. I have sent repeated emails to inquire about my refund and we are now 8 days out and the refund has yet to be processed. I find this totally unacceptable!
