Hice un contrato mensual por 75 dolares y al tercer mes me cobraron 100 dolares sin mi autorizacion, les pedi una explicacion y que me devolvieran el dinero y tambien pedi que se cancelara el servicio , no me hicieron caso y volvieron a cobrar los 100 dolares de nuevo, en mi opinion *** un pesimo servicio y te roban a la primer oportunidad que tienen, me dijeron que mi website estaria listo en dos semanas y cuando les cancele me dijeron que tenia que esperar resultados hasta los tres meses, o sea que mienten y te roban!! Saludos * **** quien fue el que me convencio para aceptar sus servicios, eres bueno para engaar a la gente que necesita de un servicio como este!!Review from Humam T

GoSite customer service contacted me early this year and offered me to create a website and they will advertise it and I would get a lot of customers/clients and that will cost $120 per month but they charged me $150 per month and I didn't get customer. I contacted ********************** to cancel my account mid May 2024 and they said that they will not charge me anything, but in June when I checked my bank account, they charged me again $150. I contacted GoSite and they said that they charge me for this month but they will not charge me next month. they are a scam. I contacted my bank to block their company from charging me anything.GoSite Response

If I could give GoSite less than a 1 for a review I would. They are absolutely useless but like another customer wrote, "they got their money!" To make matters worse, they deactivated my website which they did NOT create! I already had a website which I purchased the url through GoDaddy and had an independant contractor develope my website. I agreed to partner with GoSite because they said they could help manage reviews to ensure my SEO presence was better and my business would populate more in searches which they did not. I had several issues with them over the time I had my subscription and realized it was just a flat out waste of money. When I contacted them about ending my subscription with them I was told everything would go back to the way it was initially only to have them completely deactivate my webpage! I'm furious and I'm waiting to hear how they're going to undo this mess.Anyone considering working with this organization... BE ****!!!! I can not express my disdain enough. WORST!!!! I'VE TRIED CANCELING THEM FOR 3 MONTHS AND I CANT SEEM TO HAVE THEM DO SO. I'VE ALREADY CALLED MY BANK SO THERY CANNOT WITHDRAW ANY MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO WITH THEM. THE OTHER REVIEW IS TRUE. I HAVE ONLY GOTTEN MAYBE A DOZEN OF CLICKS.Review from Benton Scott E

The worst company to hire for website service or help. I hired this company almost 6 years ago. The one and only reason that I havent fired them is because they hold your website hostage when you leave. In my case I had built this site myself before hiring Gosite. Its not theres to claim so there no reason for me to have to jump through hopes to get it back the 3 or 5 times Ive tried to leave. This is a company that I have a hole list of things that has happened under their watch. My security certificate had lapsed or something so customers would go to be website and get a warning to turn back because ****** couldnt verify me or something to that extent. Too many times to count people were trying to contact me on the contact form on my website and try to send the form and the form wouldnt send. Im talking about something so basic to fix. If you go to my website right now at PoolServicemd.com you can judge for yourself whether you would hire this company or not. Ive emailed them no less than 3 times the past two weeks to get into my website and fix the atrocity that it is and no one has responded. So there it sits in all its GoSite glory. Please go visit my website I beg you. I was told a couple weeks ago that I would get a complementary website refresh if I paid a $125.00 to restart my service after I had fired them. Its been over two weeks in a very critical time of the year for me and no refresh. But they got there money right. It really is the worst company ever. Please make a better decision than these guys. ****** gives everything these guys charge you for. Gosite is a redundant service if you use ****** Buiness properly.Review from Natalie M

I am a startup handyman company in very early months. I am broke and go site has done nothing to my online presence. I have had 9 clicks to my site. all were me i am pretty sure since it took almost 3 months to get them to get the site correct (typos, pictures, everything was tedious) still dont like look of the page but its tolerable. I am ready to cancel and really no big loss especially after they jacked the price up. I am super ****** at the waste of money and absolutely no customers. I have had my *** and downs with gosite but I have also realized that digital transformation is really really hard and there are a lot of parts which means things can go wrong if you your not vigilant and learn how everything works. My technical knowledge is limited and I barely have enough time to run my business let alone keep track of how my business appears across the web and responding to reviews, etc, What I didnt know is that there are hundreds of directories that just publish your business info with what ever information they have which in my case was wrong. I had numerous customers calling an old number and lost a lot of business. At first I thought it was gosites fault and ripped into their customer service folks pretty hard and really felt bad about it because he was really patient with me and took the time to explain what was happening. After I realized that I was in the wrong and all they were trying to do was help me solve the issues - which they did - and I cant think gosite and their customer service team enough because once everything got fixed my business and my customers were able to easily find me online and started texting me like crazy. If your phone isnt ringing then yes because your customers are trying to text you. If You dont have text messaging your sol. I cant thank the folks at gosite enough for helping me get digitally organized and dealing with my incompetence. It takes some real dedication and genuine people to help the ********************* with all this digital infrastructureso if youre a business owner that needs a real solution with real people I recommend gosite. I suggest learn more about what digital transformation really means before you embark on the project yourself because after you understand how much is involved you will be glad you went with gosite because they can handle it all. I stopped working with Gosite and two years later they are hiding my reviews and not allowing it to go on site. I am trying to reach out to them, and they are not responding. There is no way I can reach out to customer service and even chat does not work. Really awful company. Be aware!!Review from John K
