I am an instructor for recertification for PALS (Pediatric Advance Life Support} for hospital employee and students for recertification and training since 9/2021. I have to renew my instructor credentials every 2 years and today 09/30/2023 by certification card expires. I went to the process for being recertified, did my online zoom meeting with their Instructor ************************* from ******** on July 8th 2023.. There after in AugustI had called ******* or left her emails to follow up on the status of my certification renewal. I have not heard from her. But I waited.By the first week of September I called CPR Suppliers and talked to Summer who told be to send her information about my status and monitoring forms. She also stated that I should send them $50 for my PALS Instructor card which I did right away. In communications with both ****** and **** ****. I was told by email that I did not have the correct monitoring form. By this time we are between the 2nd and 3rd week of September.I texted ************************* about this forms and she initially stated that she could not find me in the systems. But later complained about a "glitch in the system" so we had to redo the New Monitoring Form Thay CPR Suppliers required. I filled it out got it signed and emailed it to CPR Suppliers to get all approved for my recertification status renewal. In the last 10 days i was communicating with ****** and **** **** giving me the "Run Around" about how busy they are. I had to keep reminding them that my card is expiring on 09/30/2023. Both of them mentions an individual on the administrative level named ***** (was supposed to call me back but never did. They mislead me, made blind promised. I have spent $1200 for classes/Equipment/Setup. Now I have to start all over because of incompetent people.

We spoke to ******* and explained he was having a complaint with an instructor under CPR Suppliers, not ** directly. Instructors /Training Sites operate indepently, but are regulated by CPR Suppliers. We had sent ******* a few emails trying to clear up this concern and direct him to the correct person that was responsible for him, *******. We learned this instructor that was responsible for him no longer wished to assist him. CPR Supplies then stepped in as the overseeing training center and verified his info so his card could be issued, which it was. This was explained to the instructor and he said he would retract this complaint again CPR Suppliers when his complaint was with a training site under us. Please let us know if you need additional details. Thank you!

It was a step wise process and I got to the very last step, I believe, and now the company is not responding to emails, calls, texts, etc. I need one final class to gain my instructor ID and be able to teach classes. I have spent over $400 in the process and received nothing in return. I started the process the last week of May, 2023.
