  On 10/08/2021, I received a mouth piece to prevent grinding teeth by advice by Dr. ********************** on routine visit prior to this. He said my teeth were very bad & ground down from grinding at night. My teeth are fine. I scheduled appt to pick it up and have it fitted. I waited there for 20 minutes past my apptment time before I was told the dentist didn't have time to see me for the fitting adjustments. I explained I had a busy schedule & cannot get stood up whenever they want. **** forced me to take it home without adjustment. It ended up being too large for my mouth & caused me pain to wear it. I have smaller ************** I had to talk them into letting me come in against their will & have it adjusted. The original dentist (son) refused to do the fitting. The admin assistant told me to wear it & wouldn't schedule a fitting. I had to argue to get them to let me come in to fit it, & then it was only the father dentist that agreed to do it. He did adjust it to the point that it felt like I would be comfortable trying it at home. I tried it at home for ***** **** was still too uncomfortable. It was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep with it in as it was intended. I received a bill for it, & called the office to explain that it was not working out, & I needed them to shave a little more off of it in order for it to fit right. I said I will not pay until services are complete. **** said they would call me back with appt after discussing it with Dr. **** never called me back. I went through this same process with clerk at least two more times after getting 2nd & 3rd bill in the mail. I called, requested appt so we could finish, & then I would pay once completed. **** still never called me back. I got bill today, 12/12/2022, and still no resolution for mouth piece they obviously knew was not going to fit me from the get go, as they had no intention of ever making time to fit it to my mouth size. I guess they already knew my mouth was too small prior to selling it to me.
