    My T-slim pump is about one year old. Suddenly, it won't charge. I called technical support immediately, went through trouble shooting and determined it is an issue with the pump itself not connecting to the charging cord. They will send a new pump "overnight". However, since it's Saturday afternoon, they apparently don't send out Sunday, and the pump won't be here until Tuesday. The battery running Control IQ already dropped from 45% to 35% in the last few hours.They don't care about the negative health impact of their answer to defaulting to injections (mind you I no longer have a rx for any long-lasting insulin) on my newly post-partum, breastfeeding body. If it's an issue with their product, it should NOT take 3 days to get a replacement of this life-sustaining medical equipment. Very disappointing. Type 1 for 30 years. New mom.

    We've had our pump for a few days now and can't get Tandem to respond or give me any idea on when we can do training so that my 16 year old-son can start using it. Feels good to spend $3000 on a piece of medical equipment that can't be used for an undisclosed amount of time because of the company that made it being unable to help their consumers. If you have the ability to use literally ANY other pump or company, please save yourself the trouble as we are desperately trying to get out of this situation and go with omnipod at this point. Surely hope everyone is reading these reviews before purchasing, I truly wish I had.

    Your product support is worth nothing. I have a tandem pump that is four years old and is currently malfunctioning- leaving me with lows and highs to such an extent that I am suffering from all kinds of complications. Your team... has REFUSED to help me. If I could choose lower than one star I WOULD!!

    Ive been with Tandem for years and big surprise, the bigger they got, the worse they became. They no longer care about their customers. I did the G7 update with my pump and my BGs have been atrocious! My A1C went up significantly- not because the G7 doesnt work but because my pump is out of range for much of the day, everyday. When I try to call to explain, Im only hold for more than 20 Minutes then I had one person that told me that shutting it off wasnt recommended when it wont connect. She suggested I wear it on the same side as my G7 which I had extensively explained I already do. My favorite moment was when she told me my pump would go out of range if I have a microwave. I literally cannot handle this company anymore.

    I switch to the Tandem pump over a year ago and have kicked myself for it. I get more errors with this pump than any pump in the last 20 yrs. Or worse no errors but my numbers are through the roof. The sites last on average 2 days most of the time, sometimes not even two days. One day I went through 3 sites trying to get one that worked without an occlusion error. My A1C has only gotten higher with this pump. I will be calling my insurance to see when they will help pay for a new pump and I am getting as far away from Tandem as I can.

    My daughters pump was going out of warranty but we werent quite sure about what kind of pump to get next. We decided to wait and were told to update the pump so we could use the G7. We thought we updated the pump but when we finally got out G7 the pump was out of warranty and thats when we learned the pump didnt update. Tandem wont do updates on out of warranty pumps because its unsafe even though we thought we updated a month prior to our warranty expiring. Now we have no G6 supplies and wasted a G7 sensor because the pump didnt update when we tried. For a company to then do nothing to help because their update failed is ridiculous. They are forcing people to buy new equipment even though our current pump is fine and we thought we updated before it expired. Definitely not a company that cares about patients or customers. Diabetes is so expensive and all they care about is the money

    Every time they try to fill my supplies they run it wrong and try to charge me $500 and then I have to spend several hours on the phone between them and the insurance to get what is covered paid correctly.

    My husband has been a diabetic for over 20 years. He was getting 5 shots a day and finger sticks 4 times a day. We thought this would make our life easier. Boy were we wrong! It worked for one month out of the 11 months we have had it. It will say is BS is one number and when he does the finger stick to confirm, it is ALWAYS 30 point or more difference! This is not acceptable! These are peoples lives they are messing with. You call them and all they do is replace the sensor. They have yet to get the supply amount correct. We continually have to go to the *************** to get samples. Once we had to get a 6 week supply and they kept saying that we didn't use it correctly. There is always an excuse and no resolution. For your safety, don't bother with this product! Seriously thinking of going back to the shots. Shame on you Tandem!

    Too many issues! Changing sites! The needles do not work half the time, the cartridges don't work half the time, and the pump if it falls it's your problem to deal with! You have to make sure it does not fall! Or you have to pay for another pump! The company does not reimburse for the insulin waisted trying to get the site changed! That's your problem! They only replace their equipment. When I ended up without a job I had to return my pump in order to get the pump paid for. There was no option to get help paying the pump off. Medtronic had patient assistance. This company does not! Frustrated Beyond Measure!

    I recently switched to Tandem from Medtronic. I have had nothing but issues. It continuously has errors not to mention blood sugars higher than 600 85% of the time. The customer support continues to say to insert the infusion set a day before it needs to be changed to avoid inflammation. They also said the needles may be bending. The last three months of my life have been h*** My A1C went from 7 to 13. I have had diabetes for 28 years. Im a thin fit woman who has enjoyed life until now. This is a product that is supposed to save lives and I wouldnt wish this upon anyone.
