If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up and it honestly lead me to a run around. When I attempted to cancel every contact number or email was inaccurate. They charge you and refuse to speak to you. There is zero customer service. I would advise everyone to go with something more reputable and learn from the mistakes we have made.Review from Ellyn S

I am having th same issues with them that everyone else has. They have the BBB rating on their website, but it's utter BS. I cancelled with them and was still charged again at the end of the year for $200. When I reached out to clarify this, there was no response. I have emailed EVERY contact email they have with no response. No emailing 3x. I have DM'd the "founder" on her Instagram. Nothing. When I go to change my password on the app so that I can login and cancel there, I can't login. I can't even find the app in the app store. So basically this company doesn't exist and yet they're still charging people.Review from Allison R

Buyers beware, You are signing up for an annual membership that you will get charged automatically. When I got charged for the 2nd year without realizing it, I emailed with customer service to cancel my membership and please refund my $190. They said they can cancel it but cannot refund my money.Review from Stefany J

FRAUD: This is a scam, do not purchase. The customer service option does not exist. They display the BBB logo on their website but don't have terms and conditions, and in addition their phone number doesn't work, their fb doesn't exist and there's no way to get your money back. They charged my credit card as an unauthorized charge without permission. They are crooks.Review from Susan D

Total scam! Just look at the website. Click on the links. Terms and conditions - nothing comes up. Privacy policy - nothing come up. They even display the BBB Accredited Business seal, but the link doesn't go anywhere and it's totally false, as you can see here - they are not BBB accredited! They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, automatically charge you for an annual plan, and if you try to cancel they say they don't offer the 30 day money back guarantee on the annual plan.Review from Marisa B

App wouldnt let me register and I couldnt select multiple options re injuries so I paid for a service I didnt receive. I contacted them for assistance immediately, no one responded. I subsequently advised I wanted a refund as it was within the 30-day timeframe. They came back several days later refusing to refund stating it didnt apply to the discounted subscription however thats not transparent at the time you pay, it clearly states youre entitled to a refund within 30-days. I would give this company a zero star rating if possible as this is a ****.Review from Grace K

This was not clearly advertised as a monthly subscription. Once I paid and got charged and was told it was a subscription, I immediately contacted them to cancel. It took days to confirm they cancelled my account but they never confirmed my refund. I am still following up every day and their terms and conditions also say there is a 30-day money back guarantee. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SITE. They offer a refund within 30 days and tell you to call their phone number. NO ONE ANSWERS THAT PHONE NUMBER. They will take your money and ghost you. This is a complete scam.Review from Heather A

Beware of this company! They are fraudulent! They make their money with their intended loophole of keeping your money. I heard nothing from these people. There was no renewal notification at all, just a $160 non-refundable ****. I actually looked to see if they tried to notify me anywhere...Absolutely NOT! I was contacted by ******* who promptly told me all she could do was offer me a monthly rate fir next year. This company will never get another dime from me. I hate companies like this!
