            Hello! This isn't a huge issue, but I thought I'd flag it for BBB in case it happens to others. Sendlane provides email services to e-commerce businesses. They advertise a 14-day free trial. I signed up on November 13 and, unfortunately, I found that some features I needed weren't present. It seems like a great service, and to be honest I was thinking that maybe someday later we could use it. But for now, it isn't a fit for us. So I didn't use the service and on November 20 asked to cancel and receive a refund because it was within the 14-day free trial period. Sendlane responded 10 days later. The response said that under their terms there are no refund, but they didn't mention their 14-day free trial (still advertised today, including on their pricing page & only documentation). I did reply again mentioning the free trial, but I don't know if, again, I'll need to wait many days for response that doesn't seem to take into account the circumstances.Usually, free trial windows are pretty simple: sign up, try the service, and then either keep it or don't. And then *after* that there might not be refunds for the current billing period (just depends on the provider). Thanks for your time. Again, sorry about writing over a small amount but this felt a little deceptive (advertising a free trial & then making things so difficult).
