    On 10/15/24 I ordered 50 Fall Mix Roses from Flower Explosion. They arrived on my selected date 10/22/24 and I was disappointed to find that they were not a naturally grown product, but in fact were pink roses painted to mimic fall colors. I double checked descriptions on the website and the company insists that they sell naturally grown products and even warn against organic color variation. However, when I reached out to customer service they stated that they cannot process my claim for a refund since they sent products as advertised. The roses were expensive and I need at least a partial refund due to the fact that they ruined the event I ordered the flowers for. The product was dishonestly advertised.

    Date of transaction: placed the order on Feb 6, 2022 Delivery date is March 24, 2022 Order number: ********* Order dollar amount: $94.5 Issue: i ordered 36 stems of garden rose named "mansfield park". This is a premium VIP garden rose.What was delivered was a completely different variety called "wedding romantica", very different to the variety i ordered and laid for.The company refused to deal with this and make things right. Rather, they claim they have the right to make substitution.They dismissed my asking to solved the issue directly.However, they did not hold their end of their substitution term, for the following reasons:1. I made sure the item was marked "in stock" When i placed the order. The item was also shown as "in stock" on the delivery date. Crop picture of the in stock status attached to this complain report. The company either disclosed false information to customers to get sales, or substitute my order with no legitimate reasons.2. On their term, substitution was the last resort. They claim They will make every effort to get the proper item. However, clearly, they did not make any efforts to get the proper inventory. I am not in the florist industry but even me know several vendors that offer this variety.3. The substitution they sent me was not a product listed on their website. There are many other varieties listed on their website but they sent me this unknown variety. 4. Lack of communication before the order was delivered and after i contacted them about this issue. If a variety is not available, They should reach out to the customer about the situation. Let the customer decide what to do. I am extremely frustrated with this company and i feel this is a fraud. They just let people think they have certain varieties, then when people order these good varieties, they just substitute to other flowers.
