    I would not recommend anyone to spend a dime at the Good Feet Store. Total ripoff. Im ashamed of the fact that I didnt do my due diligence on this place. Ridiculously over priced but at the end of the day didnt help me at all despite dealing with two different ********s and the third ******** just started and told me she had 2 weeks training. After a painful almost 5 months following their protocol I decided to go to a chiropractor. He diagnosed the problem and within 3 weeks my pain was gone and Ive been walking over ****** steps a day for 6 months now. The doctor even mentioned what the Good Feet suggested I wear was totally off. The ********s at Good Feet were generally friendly but thats about it. Ive tried to get a partial refund but it fell on deaf ears. Good Feet is truly a scam.

    The orthotics are decent quality but they are custom fitted from a premade selection, not custom made for your feet. Thats a big difference. $1500 for a set of orthotics is crazy expensive. No return policy either. My problem is not resolved and I feel scammed. They tried to get me purchase shoes that didnt fit well for me and a way overpriced foot massager as well. I can not recommend them and wish I had done my research first. Disappointment and regrets from me.

    I was never verbally told that I could not return the $2,500.00 inserts and foot massage. When after 2 weeks of wearing the product, I developed severe pain in my legs. I called the corporate offices and was told that they would get back with me but they never did. I am a senior citizen and this doesn't work for me. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE INSERTS.

    If customer reviews are not used in the rating, not sure what the point is? Anyway, Im sure they charge so much in order to keep slick stores open and pay their staff etc. The molded plastic of course is dirt cheap to make after the molds are formed and clearly they are NOT custom fit to each arch since they just go in the back to pull out the right ones in their fancy boxes. Anyway, thats all okay since they did work for me. But make sure you dont accidentally lose a pair when you throw away old shoes! They will DEFINITELY rip you off to get a replacement pair. After having paid 2000$ to get the set, they wanted 450$ to replace one pair. Jeez that definitely is a Rip-Off.

    Worse experience i have ever had Big rip off They sold me a product that made my feet hurt worst than they did before and refused to help make it good with refund was treated badly by there employees .Do not feel safe going g back to there store in **********

    It is a scam. Have plantar fasciitis. Clerk obtained footprint to determine innersole need. My footprint appeared fairly normal to me based on info online. Clerk took the prints to "analyze"them to a back room and came out with a package of three separate arch supports that were deemed necessary for my feet without any explanation of finding or conclusion. The cost for the three was $1499.The first set of supports were exactly the same support that I was wearing, pulled from my shoe to directly compare, and told the clerk that I purchased these online for $74.00. The two other sets of arch supports in the package were more minimally constructed and for excersize and then post exercise for comfort.There was no explanation given for why this package was right for my foot problem.I was also told that insurance might cover part of the cost which is in fact not ********* money and go to a podiatrist to get expert care and advice. Insurance will probably cover some of the cost. Stay away from these hucksters.

    The Good Feet Store was a bunch of NOTHING for the largest fee I thought was not right. I went there to find good shoes, but they were worthless. They talked me into purchasing two inserts (they were trying to sell me six) that cost about $645!! They were so uncomfortable I only wore them once and they made my legs and ankles hurt so very much! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!I advise NOT going to this store chain at all!

    The gfs was my last resource, I had tried everything. The staff was totally awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased the product $1500. plus taxes. I was excited to use their product, thought it would correct my pf over a period of time. But that wasn't the case. That purchase was a waste of money. I suffered from pf for 4 years. I finally found something that worked for me and it was under $25. The best $25 I ever spent, haven't had any signs/pain of pf ever since.

    I am a retired man of 70 years old. I have back pain problems and just bought a ******. The next step was to buy good shoes. I went to The Good Feet Store in *****, *****. The representative that helped me was ***. He was nice and went through the whole process. The more he talked the more I knew it would be a little expensive.When it came time to tell me how much it would cost, he said $78.00 an month for 18 months. I immediately turned to my wife and said OK, we can afford this. I thought I was buying a package with seven pairs of socks, extra insoles for the two shoes and foot message.$78.00 x 18 months is $1400 through a payment plan. I let my wife check us out because I was in such back pain that I didnt get up and go over the final balance of $2,659.74 with my wife.The payment plan only covers 0% interest for the first 18 months and if the balance is not paid before 18 months, I would be required to pay all at *****% ****** avoid interest charges, I will have to make a payment of $147.76 per month. On the receipt there is a statement it says: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I cant return the products. I have no legal rights.I called *** the following day and told him that he deceived an elderly man that was in horrible pain. He had no response.
