My wife was buried in the Resurrection lawn of the El Camino Memory *************** Valley. The funeral services were taken care of quickly and beautifully although they did charge us a hefty addition fees for having the services done on Saturday.After the funeral service was completed, we started giving them our designs for the marker and the bronze. It took several attempts for them to make things correct. We finally approved the designs with correct information. This process would take few weeks. Then we were told that the permanent marker with the bronze and the vase would not be available at least 5-9 months. In a meanwhile, I was given the policy document dated in 2019 (we purchased our plots in 2017) stating that we could not have our silk flowers with or without vases on the grass or buried in the ground. Otherwise, they would remove them. This means that after your loved one is buried, you cannot have anything on the plot to allow you to go through the mourning period. This really makes it hard for the family members to visit their loved ones.I decided to purchase additional standalone vases with granite bases for a very hefty price. I was told that I would get the new permanent vases and the temporary granite bases the next day. When I came to visit my wife's site the next day, I was shocked to see that they planted two tubular vases in the ground. These vases are cheap looking. Also, I was told by the office representative that it was generous of them to give me these two vases while waiting for the additional standalone vases that I just bought.My wife was buried in the Resurrection lawn. This lawn has not been maintained properly. The grass grows tall almost to the knee-high. The grass also crawls over the markers. There are dead/brown areas everywhere. We paid a high price for each plot. We expect to have the lawns well maintained. We also expect having the contracts to be honored. This cemetery should be graded less than 1.

My family purchased several burial plots @ El Camino when my mother died in ****. Some time after my brother and father had my mother's casket exhumed and moved a couple spaces down. The lady in the office who did the arrangements was told not to tell me. When I went to my mom's gravesite it was noticeably disturbed and the brass flower urn was missing so I went into the office and spoke with this awful woman who kept telling me she was told not to tell me that my mom had been moved. Needless to say, this cause a huge problem. I buried my father @ El Camino next to my mom in ****. Recently my brother died and I have been trying to make arrangements for his burial. The "counselor" or whatever joke of a name they give their people, *******, took down my email incorrectly and after a week he still had NOT followed through with the price/burial information I needed. So I called El Camino back and spoke to him about the information he still had not sent me. I also asked about possibly a temporary payment arrangement using one of our excess grave plots as collateral. He said he would ask for me, but instead went on VACATION without following through. Lost week #2 while I'm trying to bury my brother. After 2 weeks of this BS I was angry and called El Camino AGAIN and demanded to speak to a manager, but instead I had to leave a message for one. The person who called me back, *********************, is one of the RUDEST, uncooperative people I have ever dealt with. Today, I get a phone call from ******* the incompetent and told him we didn't have anything more to talk about but I asked for ******************* to confirm some information. ********************* the unprofessional started spewing out that I had to deal with *******, even after I asked for another "counselor", to which ****** refused. He then refused to answer my questions about burial, refused to put me through to his manager and even hung up on me. These people are PATHETIC and should be run out of business. It's lawyer time.
