We used Precision Garage Door service on 3/23/2023 and they installed a garage door opener and changed our hinges and springs. Our spring broke with less than a year of usage and Precision Garage Door is trying to claim that the spring is from 2006 and refused to replace the springs for us and is trying to charge is $1100. This is beyond appalling when we have provided invoices and receipts indicating their service. The spring has Precision Garage Door written on it too meaning they had installed it.

They came out here to repair my garage door. Two months later its broken again. After pleading with him to come back out again, they confirmed an appointment. I have a text saying theyre on their way. I wasted my entire Sunday waiting for them and now its a no-show.. I asked to speak to management it was denied. This work was under warranty and they are not honoring the warranty and not honoring your commitment to come out and fix it after we wasted an entire day waiting for them..

We hired them to repair our garage door which started randomly opening by itself. A technician came 5/23/2022 and replaced "safety eye pair" for $159.95. The problem came back the following day (5/24/2022). When the technician came back the next day (5/25/2022), he recommend to replace motor, gear assemble, rail system and safety eye for $745.18 since he could not identify the problem and also our motor was already 5 years old. I agreed to pay for $745.18 but requested a refund for $159.95 safety eye pair which was installed only 2 days prior by him. He told me it could not be refunded "because it is an electric component", which I could not understand what exactly did it mean. Since he was unable to elaborate the reasoning, I called later to the company trying to get explanation. The scheduler promised me to have someone return the call but it has not been happening so far. I would like to get refund of $159.95 for the "safety eye repair" which was installed and removed by their technician in the duration of 2 days or at least receive decent explanation so I can understand why I had to lose $159.95.

    Hi *****,

I apologize for the slower than normal response.  It took a bit to find your customer profile in our system.  Your complaint was posted on Precision Garage Door of *********, and you are a customer of ******************************************* Door of *******.  Although they have similar names, they are two separate companies ran by different teams.  I believe you spoke to ******** and you should be receiving a refund.  I do not know all the details, but it sounded like it has all been resolved.  Please let me know if I am missing anything else.
