Have bought a few hundred $ here over the past couple of years and had no problems, until I tried to get them to credit me for a poorly finished slide lock release. ** refused my request for a shipping label on their dime (my cost: $13 to return a $20 part - not!) It would have been so easy for CS to just say, "we'll send you another one, no charge; we'll give you a store credit; but, *****, over a few $ cost to them, which they 'refused' to make 'right', they have lost any future business from me. Lenny's a shyster, apparently.

Purchased $300 in parts from them, but didn't install them right away. When I did get around to installing, one part was bent and had rust on it. I installed it anyway and low and behold it didn't work right. The part in question was the slide stop lever, which is something like $12 on their website. I contacted them and the customer support was terrible. First I used their text service, and they couldn't even do that politely, the texts were rude and condescending. They refused to help me. After that I called and after waiting on hold for an eternity, I got someone on the phone. THIS PERSON ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SLIDE STOP LEVERS AND PEOPLE EITHER DON'T USE THEM OR BEND THEM TO TRY TO MAKE THEM WORK! Why do they even sell the part? This guy also told me they couldn't help me because it had been six months since the order, but he did say he would speak with a supervisor and promised to call me or email me back. Unsurprisingly, I never received either. Shame that's not the end of the story. Afterwards I had feeding issues, so I returned the weapon to stock one piece at a time, and eventually found out the firing pin was the problem, the stock one works fine. I'm not contacting them again about this, they've already wasted enough of my time and stolen my money for parts I can't trust my life with.

Parts are incorrectly labeled or just arent what they say they are. On top of that the customer service is virtually non existent. I have called the support line which had me hold for over an our then just hung up (tried this 3 times). They also have a text line which is supposed to help but they just dont answer the text line. Both items I ordered were not what they said they were. I have no way of returning them as no one from customer service has responded in weeks.

I had a terrible experience with The Glock Store, which was both deceitful and frustrating. They falsely advertise products as "in stock" on their website, only to later reveal they have none available, a clear bait-and-switch tactic. My order for an allegedly available item was quickly followed by a notification of it being out of stock, and contacting them was a hassle as they only communicate via text messages.Additionally, reputable manufacturers like Sig ***** have severed ties with them over questionable business practices, a major red flag. Despite listing items as available, they fail to fulfill orders promptly, wasting customers' time and money. Other retailers had the product readily available, highlighting The Glock Store's inefficiency.Avoid The Glock Store to spare yourself the trouble. Their dishonesty and poor service are not worth your time. This is a warning to steer clear of their business and spread the word about their unacceptable practices.

I ordered a slide cut, green dot and co-witness iron sights from The Glock Store. They "miscut" the slide cut, leaving "*****" in the slide. The slide cut works, but it doesn't look great. They realized their mistake and did not charge me for the slide cut. When they took off the old sights (*******), they "marred" the rear sight with the removal tool. And - when they installed the new iron sights, they again marred the rear sight with the install tool. They said they would send me packaging to send the slide back to them to see if they could clean them up. I declined because they made 3 errors on what should have been a simple optic cut and a rear sight removal and install. They were nice enough about it, and wanted to work with me (to some degree), but I completely lost confidence in them.

Zero stars. Ordered OEM upper parts, all under Factory Glock Parts section. Well, at least one part was not OEM, but sold as OEM. Anyone that knows Glock parts would have noticed it wasnt factory, plus the fit was a giant fail! I was treated like an idiot by a **** head employee when I contacted them. Like others, would not post a negative but honest review of their bait and switch. Buyer beware

I bought some garments on 19Sep2023. It is 18 weeks later. Where is my stuff? 130$ in the trash. Do not do business with these criminals. They will take your money and claim whatever is on backorder... until when!? ****? Get real

Ordered a locking gun case they billed my account the day I placed the order without verifying my info and they cancelled my order on there end now 5 days later Im getting automated emails and the run around about getting my money back. Stay away from the glockstore.com you cant get ahold of a live person the phone will constantly drop the call and redirect you. Zero stars is more accurate for this company

I had a bad experience. Couple of years ago, (during the pandemic) I ordered a part from THE GLOCK STORE. After ordering the part I was advised via email the part was "back ordered". I attempted numerous times to cancel the order but was unable to contact a represenative. The part arrived over one year later. I will never do business with them again. It looks like I am not the only one who has had a bad experience.
