    On Nov 11 2022 I was admitted to the hospital to have my baby girl. On Nov 14 I was discharged from the hospital. I did not notice I had left my phone in the room, when I got home I noticed not having my phone, I immediately called the hospital and a nurse told me to call the phone to see if they could locate it, 5 minutes later I called back and another nurse answered I explained the situation and she told me that was not something they handled and I needed to file a complaint with the security department. I was then transferred over to them, I was then told there was nothing they could do because there are no cameras in the rooms so there was no way of finding out if the person who cleans the room might have taken it. I was not satisfied with the answer and I looked online to find a was to track my phone, and I was fortunate to have tracked my phone down to Emerald textile company, I called and they called me the next day to let me know they found my phone, they were going to send it over to the hospital because per their regulations I was not able to pick up the phone in their facility. Sometime in December I got a call from Emerald textile to let me know the phone had been delivered, I called the hospital and began to ask about the phone, every time I called the security office I was transferred over to another department because they were not responsible. I spend calling them a period of 3 months. I contacted Emerald and told about the situation, they sent over a copy of the sign form, still the hospital denied knowing who signed and assuming the phone was never turned in. I contacted Emerald to see if their driver can give me more information of who he gave it to, and I get an email saying "this account is no longer with Emerald" What does that mean, Do they have something to hide? They don't seem too eager to want to help me.

    Fraudulent Billing We have attempted to resolve our dispute with the company on various occasions with no resolution. 4 invoices are being disputed.#EPHO-00034874 for Billing Period 10/1/22 to 10/8/22, our service contract ended 9/19/22 #EPHO-00033674 for Billing Period 9/25/22 to 9/30/22, our service contract ended 9/19/22 #EPHO-00030270, invoice reflects 272 garments laundered. Only 91 were laundered, and an unjustified $52.52 finance charge.#EPHO-00028783, invoice reflects ****** garments laundered. Only 155 pieces were laundered.
