We recently had the pleasure of working with DJ and we couldnt be happier with the entire process. With a need to relocate quickly, we asked DJ to assist in selling our home. He was able to find us a buyer and close quicker than I knew was even possible! From start to finish we were filled with a sense of security as all of our questions were answered immediately, the supporting team was extremely helpful and communicative, and most notably, DJs genuine care for our comfort during the process was never in doubt.We are now back in our home state and have been telling all of our friends and family how amazing we were treated and how DJ turned what could have been a very nerve racking experience into what felt like a walk on the beach.10/10 and fully recommend!

Working with Dj Olhausen and Brielle was easier than expected. They literally held my hand throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house held in a Trust. They gave me an offer for the house, or I could take a chance in an open market. There was no sense of pressure, and the choice was mine. I opted for an open market, and it resulted in a huge success. Dj had photos taken of the house in preparation for an open house and kept me up to date in the process. After a one weekend open house, Dj promptly made an easy-to-read spread sheet of the offers for me to review, and we talked over the bids. He left the final decision to me to choose a potential buyer. He ASKED if I had an escrow company in mind and I said no. He ASKED if he could pick a reliable one for me and I said yes. The girls at this escrow company were gems, along with Djs upper management. All three of them introduce themselves to me with no rush to end the conversation. All my questions and concerns were attended to mostly the same day. I met Dj Olhausen and ******* once and then a few days later I left and took a much need extended vacation to stay with family in ********. All the above was done through phone, emails, mail, and scanning. It was all possible because the Olhausens and their team are professionals. They WORKED FOR ME, while I was vacationing. Handling a trust takes a lot of work and time, but Dj Olhausen and his team made this soo comfortable for me and my family. Let me end this by saying that the house got sold for $100,000.00 over the asking price. If you want your opinions heard, dont want to be overstepped or feel intimated, and if you want someone to be a part of YOUR team, then I would highly recommend We Buy Houses in San Diego. ****** from ***********
