    I placed an order for 2 bottles ********************* Bourbon Cream from Nestor Liquor (order #*****) and I have not recieved the package. The total amount of the order is $59.39 and was shipped via ***** (tracking: ************). The tracking states it was delivered to my front door, which it was not and it nowhere on my property. I have reached out to ***** and they have requested that I have Nestor file a lost package claim but Nestor never responds to my email to complete this task. I either want my package or a refund becuase right now I am out $59.39. I paid and did not recieve the package. I do have a complaint against ***** for stating it was delivered and that is being investigated by ***** Corporate but they cannot refund my money becasue Nestor has to file the lost package claim. If Nestor is not going to do that, then refund my money. This is the first time I have ordered from Nestor and I would like to make more purchases but I will not until this is resolved. Nestors website states that someone 21 or above must sign for the package and that did not occur as well but if it did, I would have the package in hand. Shipping Policy from Nestors website: https://www.nestorliquor.com/policies/shipping-policy , why wasn't this shipped with adult signature required or was it and someone else signed for it because I do not have the package. I just want my order or a refund. Nestor has to file with *****, not me. Nestor appears to be strict with there no refund policy but does not follow their own shipping policy requiring someone 21 or above to sign for the package....which I never recieved.

    I ordered a bourbon to be delivered to my house and was charged. The shipping address was listed as my home (*******) but the shipment went to *********. Multiple inquiries to Nestor have not yielded a reaponse.

    I submitted an order through a website called Prime Oaks in the amount of $145.53 on Saturday, 03/19/2022, order number ****. A shipping label was created on Monday, 03/21/2022, but by Friday, 03/25/2022, it still had not shipped. I sent an email to ********************* on 03/25/2022 and received a response from ***** at Nestor Liquor telling me there was an inventory issue and the order will ship by 03/29/2022. The order still has not shipped. Ive sent emails, tried to chat with someone via the website and the phone number on their website did not work. I really would like my money back or delivery of the product I ordered as I have come across other reviews where people have advised this company is a scam and will not return phone calls, emails or messages. This company should not be allowed to keep my money if they cannot supply the product.
