    Billed card as soon as the purchase was made, not when the items shipped. After 2 weeks the order has still not shipped. Repeated emails go unanswered and when trying to call the line is always busy.

    I purchased an item from this business (order # *****) and upon the delivery day it was damaged by *** and *** put in a claim with this business (claim # C0281214151) I have reached out to this business by phone and email for over a week now to cancel this purchase and have my card refunded. I have not received any response. I have left numerous voicemails to a **** **** at ************ and no response either.

    Order placed for 4 bottles of Old Camp Bourbon on December 4th 2024. On December 14th card company to check the status of my order as it had not been shipped yet. Per *** with company. They did not have product in stock and I asked for a refund after *** tried to convince me to choose a different product. Told *** they should not sell product that they dont have on shelves. Asked for a refund and was told it could take 7-10 business days. Still havent heard a word after being assured that I would get an email when the refund process was started. Luckily I paid through ****** and have filed a complaint and so hopefully money will be returned. Tried contacting via email and phone several times with no return call or email and now its 1/2/2025

I realized the error immediately and emailed the company requesting the cancellation of the order, as per their policy, which allows cancellations within a specific timeframe. However, I received no response. Instead, I was notified that the purchase was successful. Despite the company's stated shipping timeframe of 4-5 business days, the less expensive item arrived 15 days later, while the more expensive item never arrived. I contacted the company numerous times via phone, initially being redirected to voicemail repeatedly. After several attempts, I reached a representative on December 16, who acknowledged issues with the brand and promised to escalate my case to their manager. I requested a refund for the undelivered item, but I never received any follow-up. My subsequent attempts to contact the company have been blocked or ignored, leaving me with no resolution or refund.

    On 11/23/24 I ordered a bottle of ********* Single Barrel Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey for my husband for Christmas. I am making payments through Affirm, three of the four having been made.     Placed an order for a bottle of whiskey on September 6, 2024. Received email stating that order was being prepared and would ship soon. Many emails with no response. Finally, one response on October 12th said it would ship in 3-4 weeks. Then nothing. Its December 17th, no response to any emails asking for delivery or refund. Company Chat feature does not respond.

    I purchased ****** worth of tequila on November 26, 2024. The company submitted an order confirmation. I have emailed them 3 times and the company will not respond, will not send anything I ordered and has completely gone silent even when I asked them for a ********* was 3 bottles of Pentalones tequila.     Simply ordered product online and credit card was immediately charged and 10 weeks later no product and no communication. Ive attempted multiple times to speak with someone and sent unanswered emails. After reading online it appears that this is normal for this business.
