This company is a total fraud. A technician came to my house, indicated that the problem with my fridge is not fixable because of model of the fridge then wrote in his report to insurance that it's physical damage by owner. When I called them to as why the lying, they told me that the technician was scared form me that I would shoot him with a gun because he had a previous experience with that. Total liars. I filed a complaint this morning to ********************** of Consumer Affairs". Don't ever use them. Total Fraud!Review from Lequisha S

This company is the worst I've dealt with. Almost 3 months to complete a simple repair job on a washer. They never answer the phone and they reschedule over and over and never show up. The secretary barely uunderstands what's going on and can't help find the technicians. They said it needed a part in November, it's now January 27th. I used them through my home warranty and regret having to pay my deductible for the poor customer ********************** and non ********************** I requested. Still haven't heard anything. This company needs to be shut down for stealing money for non service and using the warranty companies to get business. Otherwise no one would ever use their company.

Theres A European guy that will totally rip you off and turn things on you to try to make you feel like its your fault not only that the guy was a total creep and made my wife feel totally uncomfortable. Ordering pieces that werent needed and still did not fix my problem with fridge I would never do Business with this company and neither should you just look on ****** and yelp tells it allAffordable Service Appliance Inc Response

That is a lie you guys where contracted through my American home warranty your the same company on yelp with all the bad reviews I wish it would let me load my screen shots you are bad business period
