I have called and CANNOT get a call back to pay the bill, they will not answer or return a phone call.

As per the consumers complaint, we are not aware of when the consumer attempted to contact our company.

Previous history shows we received a call from the consumers spouse on 02/14/23 and requested out mailing address, information was provided to the spouse. Consumer did call in to our company today 02/21/23 and resolved his account.

If the consumer called previously and did not make contact with our office or receive a returned call from a voicemail the consumer might have left, we are unaware when the attempts by consumer were made. Attempted contact could have occurred outside of our normal business hours or on a Holiday.

I am glad that we were able to resolve the consumers account and contact was made.

Keep harassing me 12 times a day. They tell me their name but i dont know who they are, he finally spoke slow enough. I do not have credit owed. and would like to stop receiving 12 calls a day.

Our company manages medical billing, due to the claimant being very vague, we are not aware of who this individual is and are unable to find this individual in our system of records. The fact that they are claiming that we are harassing them 12 times a day, could not be correct since we do not make outbound calls, with the exception if a patient contacted our office and left a message within our ************************** to contact them back.

The claimant also states that "they tell me their name, but I don't know who they are, he finally spoke slow enough;" however, in our ************************** where an individual can only call into, we do not have any male representatives and the phone number that we have for our company is routed directly to our ************************** in order for the representatives to handle all calls.

It is in our opinion that the claimant is confused and perhaps submitted the complaint in error to our company. we do not fit the description of their complaint regarding harassing them with 12 calls daily, since we are not on a dialer system and all calls would be made manually since we are not an outbound call type of company. We do not believe this complaint is a valid substantiated complaint, especially since the vagueness of the complaint in general, there was no name stated of who called, the company name or what the call was regarding, we have to reiterate that we do not work on a dialer and would not call out to any 1 person 12 times daily or call out to a person at all, unless requested by the caller.

I couldn't understand the name of the individual. He had a string ****** accent. He was vague on telling me what the business was for. I kept him on the line to ****** business and I have no outstanding debt according to my credit karma. This is harassment.. they call to many times, come in on my phone as spam, and they do not articulate.they are harassing

We do not know who the complainant is, this is not our company that they are claiming is contacting them, there was no other information submitted, no name of a company, no name of a representative and there is not explanation of what someone is contacting them form, this is not valid for our company, we do not attempt calls out to consumers. There is no further evidence that our company made any attempt to contact this individual and more proof would have to be submitted in order to substantiate what the individual is claiming, especially when we do not know who the consumer is and complaint is vague with no corroborating evidence of being our company.
