I am an Active Duty Veteran and I attempt to verify myself thru GOVX several times for Wave of Honors. I used my Valid PCS Orders which was denied, I used my Valid LES which was denied and I used my identification card which was denied.I reached out to the customer service department several times with no response. This was a horrible experience.GovX Response

I booked a trip to ***** for November 2024. Unfortunately my husband (US Army Veteran) was in an accident and had to have surgery. Since we have two school aged kids, and my husband needs assistance, I had to cancel my trip. I contacted *************** and explained my situation and even though my ticket was non refundable they understood we needed the money to help pay for hospital bills. I thought GOVX is "dedicated to serving those who serve", would make the same exception & provide a refund. My first phone call was in Oct., I explained the situation to the ** agent(from the ***********) they put in a request for a refund but I would have to accept the penalty of the total cost of my hotel, refund or not. I made it clear I do not accept a penalty and asked if I could contact the hotel and ask to cancel and request a refund. The ** agent said yes. The hotel could not find my reservation in their system. The hotel couldn't put anything in writing without a reservation in their system. I've received many e-mails from GOVX saying they're working on my refund, called multiple times to check the status. Never accepted the penalty, obviously a ****. Yesterday, Veteran's Day ironically, a ** agent from the *********** call center, said the hotel couldn't find my reservation every time I called because they, GOVX, canceled it for me. Why did GOVX keep telling to contact the hotel and request for a refund and not inform me that they had cancelled my reservation? In addition, I was told I would receive a call from a supervisor yesterday. No call yet. I even called again last night, same thing, They'll have a supervisor call. No call yet. GOVX is a terrible company!!! How can they claim to being an organization that gives back to government workers?!?! I've had to do everything I can to get this refund and help pay for my husband's, a Veteran's, medical bills and this company will not only not help me they've waisted my time!!! We used their website to book a hotel stay and the site kept freezing and eventually at checkout it frozen and ended up booking a random day rather than our selected day needed. We spoke with costumer service twice about canceling the incorrect date and were told they would take care of it and send the forms needed. We still have yet to receive our refund. This site has been a huge disappointment and we will not be using it again and will continue to let others know why.GovX Response

I am currently staying at a pretty expensive hotel for a vacation I don't get the chance to do so often because I work in law enforcement and the military. I booked two nights at a hotel at the beach and was trying to extend my night by one night. We'll I set my dates on the site and it kicked me out because I didn't add my name for the reservation everything was still prefilled out so I didn't think to check it but it changed the dates. So I basically booked two nights on the same day. After several times calling member services back and forth they denied helping me change it so I lost out on a day of vacation and $305 for a hotel I never used. This didn't feel like a service here for members it felt like a scam and my hard earned money lost and a special time with my family. I wouldn't recommend using this site. It's horrible treated like trash and my money was stolen.GovX Response

This has been a trouble experience for me. I ordered a hotel in my wife's name. She arrived to the hotel and could not check in because her name was not on the reservation. The hotel could not verify any information because there were no information set to them. I tried contacting Govx and was hold over an hour before trying to go through the hotel again for help. My family is sitting inthe parking lot waiting on a room for two hours before the hotel told my that they would not charge me for the room if I made new reservations with them. After 2 attempts and being on hold for at least an hour on both calls, I took their offer. I paid for another room and asked for a refund from government. They submitted the refund and it was denied. They said that the hotel does not do refunds. Well, that was already worked out with the hotel and they didn't charge for the room. I called Govx back with information from the hotel and point of contact from the hotel. Still, no refund yet. It's going on 3 weeks now. They have submitted for refund a couple time and I was told that I would be contacted in **************************************************************************** emailed about this.GovX Response

Ordered boots for my husband on 7/28. On 8/6 I emailed and asked about shipping info since my order hadn't updated further than "Processing" for a week. I was able to receive a response that said I was correct, shipping should have been done already and since it was passed the 5 days quoted, that they would reach out to the brand and find out what happened. The next day I received an email stating my order was delivered to an address in ******, **! My address is in *****! They wanted me to confirm that I hadn't received this order, so I emailed them back the same day stating I had not received my order. NOTHING for 2 days until I emailed back and asked for an update and "*******" stated I never answered so I once again replied that I did respond and sent a screenshot from where I did respond. He emailed back and told me he would reach out to the brand and see what could be done. This entire process has been frustrating and we are still without the boots or any kind of answer. Why is there not a number you can call and get this taken care of in one day. This process has taken entirely way too long. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM, just go through the brands themself. Order #******* IF ANYONE ACTUALLY READS THESE!GovX Response

The travel department is terrible no one was able to give me a refund for a hotel booking that I canceled. The supervisor at the hotel even told me they never sent the cancellation to the hotel. The manager told me to have them email him that I canceled and the hotel would refund me my money but no one seems willing or capable of doing that. I spoke to several supervisors spent at least over two hours over phone to correct this still with no luckReview from Aurora S

Thought I was applying for a passport online. Nope. They just mailed me a box with a check for the amount I paid for the passport, mailed me paper copies of the documents I filled in online and mailed me the picture I had uploaded. Now they are saying I have to put it all in an envelope and mail it back??? What in the actual f***. This is crazy! Totally defeats the purpose on doing it online and seems so unnecessary. Im in awe by how crazy and inconvenient this is. I should have just went to the post office. All this did was waste 2 weeks.GovX Response

I would select ZERO stars if that was an option, but it is not! We ordered 4 tickets to the *********/************************* Concert in **********, **. We paid after fees $126 per ticket for section 207 row Q. These same tickets on the Ticketmaster site are $28 a piece about $56 a piece after fees. Both were presale offers but we didn't shop around we went after the "deal" through Govx/*********** on a "trusted site". Govx/*********** charged us more than double Ticketmaster. We called Govx for a resolution less than 24 hours after the purchase and were denied a refund or any kind of compensation and were just told all sales are final. We were told they had 72 hours to review our complaint and were denied. We used Govx/*********** for a better rate and were instead charged more. We are now stuck with these tickets and are highly disappointed!!! I wouldn't recommend this site for services to ANYONE!GovX Response
