Ordered My husband's headstone June 2021 paid in full same day. It is April 2022 headstone is complete finally but not placed. From the beginning of this process I had to continually call and ask for progress updates. Was told that it should only take 14 weeks. I Live 3 hours away so I couldn't just pop up to check on progress. I had to call numerous times just to speak to someone as no one ever returned my calls. Their service is very unprofessional and lacks a caring and personal touch that they said would be there. This experience has made my grieving process very hard. I don't know what the final product looks like even though I was told that I would receive a picture when finished. Now I have to wait until the cemetery places it for me to know if it is correct. Very Bad business ethic. I will not recommend them at all.
