This is the email I received after I submitted my order. I placed my order 10/15/23 and have received no further updates or responses to my emails. Bought two items Christmas 2022. January comes and still no dispatch email. I contact their sales email, they say theres a 1-3 week delay. Contact them after 3 weeks, say that theres a further delay. Contact them monthly since and no response. After the times they promised me it would arrive, it was now too long after purchase for my credit card company to refund me. And now their only contact email bounces back my emails. THIS IS A SCAMInitial Complaint

So I ordered a pair of shorts on 4th December 2022 I paid 50 for them. I thought twins special was a good company for Muay Thai gear as my boyfriend wanted a pair of shorts for Christmas. It then took 3 messages to get a reply to know where my shorts were and said they were very busy with high volume orders so they wont be coming yet. The last message for that was 2nd January 2023. I had then sent a message 14th Jan requesting a refund as I wasnt waiting any longer and I wasnt happy I havent received them, and I got a reply saying I would receive one within 10 days. It has now been 10 days and I had then sent another 3 messages ( 15th Jan, 16th Jan and 18th Jan) including today asking where my refund is and I have had no response whatsoever so I told them I am going to take legal action.Initial Complaint

I have not yet received an item or a refund for a purchase initiated on 11/26/2021. I received a receipt (attached) from ****************************************** identifying order #**** for Item Number FBGVSTW6Gld14, the Twins Boxing Gloves - Signature - Classic Tones in gold, 14oz. I subsequently exchanged a number of emails with someone named ***, who stated that there were delays in filling the order. In June 2022 I requested a refund, which he confirmed on 7/14/22, but it never came and I never heard back from anyone from the same email address. I contacted ***************************************** ****************************************** and **************************************** with the same message and attachments of two email chains. I also submitted the same message via the Twins Special website. This garnered a returned message on 10/25/2022 that indicates that another "company" has been fraudulently using the Twins name. I have attached original receipt, correspondence (including confirmation of refund), and most recent response from the, reportedly, legitimate company. I also tried to call the phone number on the website and on my credit card statement. Neither were answered. I tried to file with my credit card for a charge back, but my claim was denied for length of time since purchase date (this letter is also attached).I would like a refund of the $114.94 for the gloves and shipping costs.Initial Complaint

I ordered Muay Thai boxing gloves from this company (Twins) on 2/5/22; I never received them nor have I received my refund that they said I would get. They have disappeared, refuse to answer email, have not delivered product that was ordered and have stolen my money. It is now 6/16/2022 (4 months later) with no resolution in sight. - 2/5/2022: I ordered the gloves, Invoice #*** for $114.94. - For a month I waited for a confirmation email stating they have shipped with expected delivery date and got no communication at all, so I started emailing them asking where my gloves were. - 2/19/2022: At first, the email ******************************************* responded saying the gloves were "not available for immediate delivery", apologized and offered a refund if that's what I decided. Email was signed "***".- 4/19/2022: They responded yes, they will refund my money, but would take a week to go through. It has now been TWO MONTHS with no refund. - I have sent four follow up emails asking where my refund is, asking for the name and number of a manager with NO response. - 5/7/2022, 5/21/2022, 5/29/2022 and 5/31/2022 were the dates of my follow up emails that have not been responded to; still no resolution. This company has not responded to my emails, does not provide a phone number to call and appears to be a fraudulent business taking people's money, not providing the product that was purchased and refusing to refund when they were unable to deliver product. My Word file attachment lists the email history that backs up my description here, please review. All I want is my $114.94 REFUNDED immediately, to see this company investigated and its reputation be publicized by poor rating based on the absolute lack of customer service and theft from those training in martial arts. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this terrible experience and have their money stolen by this fraudulent business. Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed an order November 11th 2020 with Twins Special Muay ************* The order was for boxing gloves and boxing shorts. After several months and a few emails I have still not received my order even though they took my money. They have since completely stoped responding to my emails entirely and there is no number to call them to talk to anyone. My order number was **** i paid ******USD.Initial Complaint

On November 26, 2021, I ordered a pair of Twin Boxing Gloves from Twin Fight Gear for $94.94, Order #****, they charged by credit card immediately. Several emails from the company said the item was backordered or three weeks from being shipped. This went on for three and a half months and no boxing gloves. On February 5, 2022 they said in an email my money would be refunded in ten business days. It's now March 17, 2022 and I've never received a refund and the company is no longer answering my emails.
