This company is the worst possible. I can;t believe they have good reviews. I paid over $1500 for a garbage disposal installlation, I bought disposal at *********** They insatlled in under 30 minutes and charged over $1500.

Called Colepepper to clear a kitchen sink. The two man crew came out and met my tenant. After inspecting they texted me that there was no clean out access and it would be $189 to remove p trap and snake line. Half hour later they called to say they could not get snake past cast iron santee in wall. They recommend replacing santee and re-snaking for $3695 or replacing and jetting for $5800. No guarantee drain will clear either way. It ws my first time using Colpepper so I called a trusted plumber who came out and snaked the line and cleared it for $295. He said it was gunky and tough but not a big deal. I called tenant and he told me the Colpepper guys never removed P trapped or attempted to snake the line. Pure scam artists. Never use this service.

The **** shower/tub faucet at my house would not turn off. I researched it and found there is a part inside the valve that is called the "**** **** cartridge." Since I had to work (from home), had never messed with a shower faucet and saw the part was only $54 at *********** I asked my wife to help find someone. Coleppper is who we found and they said they would be at the house from 9a-12p.Colepepper showed up to the house. There were 2 techs and they were on time, which was nice. I showed them the bathroom, told them the problem and that the main valve was turned off. After about 3 minutes they both went to their truck. After 10 minutes they came back and said it would cost $589. ($589!?!?!?!?) Upon hearing this I declined the off and told them to leave.I then went to *********** I had to buy the **** **** cartridge ($54) and cartridge puller ($15). The puller makes it easier to pull the cartridge out, btw. Anyways, out the door of *********** I am about $71 plus tax. From there I go home and find the how-to video on ******* by ****. I took my time and had it done in about 40 minutes.Colepepper or any other plumber would have charged me one hour, which is fair. Colepepper's rate wasn't fair though. Let's say they **** the part up and charge me $80, which is high, but still fair. The kicker is that they then were charging an additional $500 for 10 minutes of work rounded up to a full hour. To be clear I am not disagreeing with charging one full hour. I am giving them 1 star for the absurd rate.Don't ever bother with them at all. It seems they are just jacking up prices because they think they can. Stay educated, be weary and never call Colepepper.
