I recommend AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My family was completing a whole house renovation project. Our contractor hired Martinez and Son Plumbing. The plumber installed a gas line to the new upstairs laundry room. The line was installed crooked/at an angle, so the valve could not be opened.We installed new tile into the upstairs bathrooms. The toilet drain pipes were supposed to be extended to reach the toilet. Another plumbing company we hired discovered that the pipes were never extended, resulting in a large gap between the toilets and the drain pipes. This could have resulted in significant leaks and water damage. After the plumber reinstalled the downstairs half bath toilet, there was a leak underneath the toilet. We ended up having to replace the toilet from the damage. It took several weeks for the plumber to reinstall the dishwasher. When the plumber reinstalled our dishwasher, he chipped our kitchen counter and initially did not reinstall the hoses or the upper bracket. When he came back to install the hoses, he accidentally pinched one of hoses, which led to a slow leak underneath our kitchen sink. By the time it was discovered there was significant damage underneath the kitchen cabinets and mold. It cost us ~$25,000 to repair everything through our home insurance. We were without a kitchen for 5 months.
