Park Metro helped me purchase my home a couple of years ago. **** and ***** were amazing. I was looking to make a purchase in early 2020. After the lockdown started, things got crazy. All of the sudden, I was up against more than 20 offers on every property I liked. **** and ***** kept their cool throughout the entire process. They were very professional with other agents, and it was their reputation that got my offer accepted because the listing agent knew of them. She told me that ***** in particular had a reputation for following through on his promises and keeping transactions moving on time. I don't know if I would have been able to purchase a home when I did if **** and ***** hadn't done such a killer job for me. I'll be forever grateful to them both.

Dishonest Business and Owner - refuses to return MY FUNDS. ******************* and Park Metro Realty have refused to return my trust funds held with *********** I terminated my property management agreement on Oct. 1, 2022 due to multiple problems with the performance of the company. ************ decided to retaliate by trying to charge me for things from well over a year and a half ago, things that he agreed to cover due to a breakin at the property because it was taking two months to get a tenant (poor effort, many broken promises). I had to fight him vigorously to agree to not post facto charge me as punishment for terminating the agreement, which he said I could do at any time I was not happy with their services. After more than a year and a half of problems, I terminated. I was supposed to receive my funds by Nov. 21, 2022. Today is Feb. 14th, 2023, nearly three months later and still no funds returned. Please do not use this company; they are not ethical or honest. I have made complaints to the **************** of *********** and hired an attorney. I can't believe I have to go through this stress because *****'s ego is so fragile and he wants to punish me. I have since switched to *******, they have been fabulous to work with. I get my money in my bank account by the third day of the month. ***** took ***** days to get my money after rent was paid. And, ******* has already found me another tenant in less that 15 days vs. two months and a break in with *******************. Please think twice before signing up with Park Metro Realty and *******************. You'll hear lots of promised and you will be very disappointed. ***** was referred to me by a mutual friend; very sad that ***** treats his friends referrals like I have been treated. I still love my friend, this is not his fault. Don't get taken advantage of.

**************, I'm sorry that your experience was not a good one. Our firm has always been honest and straight forward with you. You signed a two-year agreement to work with our firm. When you were accidentally charged a $200 fee in error, you instantly decided to cancel your account with us even though I instantly noticed the error and offer to fully refund you the fee that you were accidentally charged. Throughout our working relationship, you time and time again were disrespectful to our staff to the point where individual team members approached me asking to be taken off of your account. When we first started with you, we had to do repairs and paint your home. There were times you didn't respond to our inquiries for over a week, which delayed our completion of work at your home to lease it. We have refunded all money due to you. This complaint you're making is because our firm installed multiple additional locks, warning signs, and safety materials at your property to secure it after there was a break in. The locks, ************************* belong to you and have been paid for by you. These tools cost you $68.25, and any reasonable property owner would be thanking me for installing these items. Instead, you're wasting my time and your filing flagrant and exaggerated complaints. Your actions are a good summary of what it has been like to work with you. The best word I can think of is "painful." You're the type of person where if I hand you a silver platter full of $100 bills, you will find five things wrong with it. The only complaint you've had is that our firm releases owner proceeds in the final week of each month. We told you about this up front, but you were never happy with it even though we spelled out our procedures clearly from the start. If you didn't like the way we set up your payments, you should never have signed on with us. We are very happy to hear you have found a better company to meet your needs and wish you success in your future endeavors.
