My father who is now deceased at one point signed up for service with this Travel agency. It my understanding that he was able to add other friends and family to use this service. I was listed as the main contact after his death. I completely forgot about this agency and suddenly 6 years after his date of passing, I start getting bombarded with robocalls saying that I am responsible forever to continuing paying some kind of fee. I have not seen his original contract and do not comprehend how he or any of his family members is obligated to continue relationship with this travel agency after his death. I spoke with 2 or 3 representatives who told me that his account is closed, yet I continue to get robocalls. I am listed on the Do Not Call Registry, which they violate by calling me. I highly recommend anyone looking at this agency to avoid it like the plague. The business model, in my opinion, is sketchy and the communication overhanded.
