    When will BBB act in behalf of all the frustrated people who relied on this business being BBB accredited ? Read all the numerous complaints. Its shocking to read what they do to customers. You will loose your credibility ******************** if you do not do anything. . Please investigate this company.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid to have my washer diagnosed. The technician ordered a part. It was scheduled to arrive in a week. It never arrived and I called multiple times only to be told repeatedly they didn’t know why it was delayed. When I asked for a receipt of the charge for the service call and part and a copy of my work order the company representative gave me run around about how it would have to go to the accounting department first. This is obviously a fraudulent business which needs to be investigated and penalized. I will be following up with the appropriate authorities. In the meantime I expect a full refund for the service call and part charge.

    These people are crooks! They quoted and charged my wife and I $2000 to fix our GE Monogram refrigerator, and it was never fixed. They came out 4-5 more times telling us this is it for sure this time but nope still broken. So now theyre saying its the damper for sure but its gonna cost me another $1,285 to fix it, mind you they still have our $2000 and wont return our phone calls. Please, buyer beware.

    I have never posted a bad review before but I'm at a loss with the service or lack there of that I'm receiving from Appliance Giants. I used Appliance Giants to repair my oven last year. Had no issues with the service then, but my oven stopped working again 10 months later. A technician came recently and identified that the same part (which is under warranty) needs to be replaced again. But, it took Appliance Giants 2 weeks from the time that the technician came to even order the replacement part, and 2 weeks later I still don't have a part or any proactive contact from the company (apparently my issue has been escalated to upper management/back office and they are supposed to contact me within ***** hours but that was 3 weeks ago, and still no contact from them). I am now going on 6 weeks without an oven. When you call their phone number, it's a dispatch crew. They don't have a way to transfer me to a manager/supervisor. Find a different service provider for your appliances.

    What a disappointing experience. Our dishwasher wasnt working so. The tech came out at the right time. He was here for an hour and spent half the time online reading the manual for the dishwasher. replace the safety switch. We were told on the phone it would cost $140 for him to come out and that cost would go towards the materials. Then we were billed $500 for the visit! My husband said he should run the dishwasher but the tech said no. He left . when I returned home home I ran it and water started pouring out of the bottom of the dishwasher. I called the contact number they left me with to report what happened, but I could not hear the woman on the other end because there were so much background noise and an echo on the phone. I am not gonna let that tech back in my house to charge me another $400. By now Ill be able to buy a brand new dishwasher !

    I had an emergency with my appliance on Mon 9/9 and called Appliances Giants. They were able to send a technician same day, which was critical since my appliance was filled with water and would not stop leaking. The company also confirmed they were a certified dealer for Miele, the appliance brand I was trying to fix. Similar to some of the other posts with BBB, the technician, ****** was nice and professional. After about ***** minutes of looking at my appliance, he told me new control board was needed. He was going to send his diagnosis back to their HQ and someone would contact me within 24 hours to inform me of the cost of the part and labor to fix the issue. After 24 hours and not hearing from the company, I called on Wed 9/11 to inquire about the part and cost to fix. They informed me the part was no longer available from Miele and that my case was closed/they could not help me anymore. I asked them to provide me the part number so that I can contact ***** myself and they said they cannot provide me that information. I asked for the manager to call me back to discuss the issue, as well as receive a refund for the initial diagnosis. I have provided the company 5 business days to return my call and to remediate the issue by providing me the part number that I need. No one has returned my call or email. I was able to self-identify part needed on the Miele site and called them today, 9/16. Not only did ***** inform me that Appliances Giants is not a certified Miele dealer, but they also told me that the part is in stock and available to order immediately. Appliances Giants is terrible and does not follow ethical business practice. They should not be in business and no one should ever rely on them for any services. I will continue to request my initial diagnosis fee of $115 be refunded.

    I contacted ************************************************** yesterday to have my burner ignitions cleaned. The tech was supposed to show up between 5 and 7pm, and not only was he 45minutes late, he didnt call before coming to check if it was still ok. He had no idea what he was doing, said he needed the parts numbers, but the office was closed. 30 minutes later of fumbling around with no diagnosis or plan he charges me $120 and leaves stating I would get a call first thing in the morning. When I wrote out the check I was told the company is Appliances Giants. No call in the morning, and upon further investigation there is no Miele Appliance Repair **********. The phone number on the website of Miele Repairs Sacramento is for Appliances Giants (that have no commercial footprint in **********). The other reviews are consistent with my experience. Cleaning the ignition points of a gas range is not rocket science. The tech had no idea what he was doing, and clearly knew that just by showing up he was going to collect $120. Please be aware of the companys false advertising and unethical practices.

    Unfortunately you can't give zero stars.Horrible experience. Tech did not know what he was doing. Told me my refrigerator issue was a furniture problem not technical. Furniture seriously!! It needs a new closure door assembly. My husband and I were able to figure it out with very little research. But chose to have what we thought were professionals install it,as to not s**** up anything in the process.The technician also damaged my laminate flooring because he wouldn't listen and adjusted the leg repeatedly spinning it on my flooring and wore a circle scratch pattern into the laminate. Told me I'd have to order a whole new door to fix the problem because parts like a closure assembly aren't able to be ordered. Seriously I found the part on GE's website!!! I attempted to call the company several times but it rang or went to voicemail. When they attempt to call me back their phone system disconnects the call every time I try to pick up the call. I finally got through to ****** who claims he filed a complaint for me and that a manager would call me back. Never heard from anyone. Called again the next day left a message asking for my $120 service fee back and some resolution unless they'd prefer I go to small claims court and channel 5 news to resolve it. Still no call back or message from anyone!!! Guess we'll be seeing them in court and on TV.

    These incompetent people couldnt figure anything out. They scheduled me initially for one day. Then they called back and said it was going to be the next day at *****am. The next day they called back and said it had to be pushed back to ****. No show. Called back and they said the guy would be there 2-4. No show. I call back well after 4 and they said the guy wasnt coming. They werent even going to let me know I waited all day for nothing. Even speaking to them on the phone I could tell they had no clue what was going on and basic questions seemed to fluster the people I talked to. Lastly, they told me that even if nothing gets fixed I would still be charged. Absolutely garbage company if its even a company at all. 0/10, STAY AWAY.
