    On March 10, 2023, I sent ****** (************** $1200 via CashApp for her to wrap my car. On March 30, 2023, I dropped my car off at her shop, for the work to be done. She said she'd have the job done within 2 days. In the course of her working on my car, she was given another $1400 via CashApp for her to wrap my other car. I got my car back on April 12, 2023; ****** kept delaying my pickup date for various reasons. Upon pickup, I noticed the wrap was done terribly and an emblem was missing. I immediately asked her to repair the bad work, to which she declined. I then asked for a refund of the $1400, to which she also declined - she blatantly stated "I don't give refunds!" I had no choice but to take my car to another wrap shop, in order to resolve the issues. Upon inspection, the new wrap shop informed me that the car would have to be unwrapped, then rewrapped (which are 2 separate prices). After the car was unwrapped, the shop found scratches all over the car. ***** estimated those damages to be $19k. The nature of this dispute is the following: I was not refunded the $1400 for the other car; the work done on my car was damaging and terrible (and she was unwilling to repair or communicate); and now I am left with a damaged car, financially stressed (these expenses have drained me financially - I had to rent a car for over 3 weeks while ****** "worked" on mine), and having to give extra effort in this BBB complaint process in an attempt to gain some reprieve.

    I was threatened on multiple occasions by said client, upon the many disgusting names I was called he also refused to leave the premises, he stayed and caused an uproar for almost 4 hours, he intimidated my neighbors, came to my place of business inebriated, once I refused service he became belligerent and disrespectful. He threatened to have others come to my shop and cause harm to me. Its unfair that as a business owner these are things that can happen when you establish boundaries with clients. I tried to resolve the issue multiple times, as there wasnt an issue until he came to retrieve his vehicle. He planned to ruin my business because he wanted a free service, hes slandered my name and brand. Upon many other things, once I refused service and had to call a mediator to give him his vehicle, he still wouldnt leave. Its unfair to try to force a person to work with you once youve threatened and disrespected them. I recorded the incident and sent it in to the BBB of the threats and how egregious he became once he couldnt have his way. Ive never dealt with a client like this, if there was ever an issue Ive always offered to fix what was needed. This is my final response, I refuse to work with this client again.

    I am rejecting this response because: she was never threatened, she never attempted to resolve the MULTIPLE issues, she did not even address the fact that she took the $1400 to wrap my other car and provided no service OR refund, and she has blocked me on ALL contact methods and social media; therefore, I have no avenue to slander her business. It is sad that instead of providing quality customer service, she would rather avoid rectifying the issues, while lying on said customer.
