    Hard to understand how there are no rules or regulations in place that ensure businesses provide a means for customers to receive support. ******************** has absolutely no customer support and even the email address they provide as a means to contact them is not real.Stay away from this company as if you ever have any type of problem, you're out of luck. They truly do not deserve to be in business. My company went back to ****. As many problems as they have, they are at least more receptive to customers. ******************** sucks!

    On 2-6-2025, at *****, at around 6:50 PM, I submitted a request to Lyft for a ride down town, shortly after I replied via the app, that I had my luggage, at 7:05 Lift shared via a text, that "Your ride details and price are locked in. We'll match you with a driver when you're closer to the pick-up spot." I was standing jsut inside the airport, just beyond the recommended exit gate, since it was below freezing outside. At 7:12 Lift texted me that "My driver is arriving in 9 minutes." Then at 7:20 Lyft texted me again, that "You'll be matched shortly. When we have your driver's details, we'll let you know". I guess someone dropped me. At 7:30 Lift sent me another text "Be ready outside..." and gave me the driver details. At 7:42 I received another text from Lift, "Look for a white ... they'll wait for 2 min before wait time fees apply." I think it was closer to 7:50 that the car finally arrived. In the meantime my phone ran out of battery. Lucky I remembered the car type and part of the drive license plate. Afterwards, I tried to reach to Lyft directly. They have no means, or options for them to share my experience, that I was able to find. I feel it is very unsafe to tell customers to wait outside in the freezing, all the while the app keeps telling the customer to stand outside and that the driver is coming and will be there in 9 mins. Driver was great. Lyft's software did not provide me with accurate driver arrival times. Next time I will take ***.

    They won't allow me to use my lyft cash I've deposited....no way to get a refund...so they stole$40 with just a sorry...use **** instead

    I used Lyft ONCE in 2023 and if it wasn't for my Rocket Money App, I would have not noticed that they have been charging me $9.99 a month since August 2023. Conveniently, there is no way to contact anyone who represents this company, and their "Help" section is not helpful at all. I have had to change my bank account information to prevent them from continuing to take money out of my account without my permission. I would like to dispute this and be reimbursed for what has been taking from me financially.

    be careful review drivers on Lyft. I gave a one star review and the response from Lyft was an 80 dollar charge they are crooks I got threaten from a driver who said if I gave a bad review he knows where I live, the Lyft blames me . do not use Lyft they are crooks

    Driver picked my 94-year-old mother up to drive her to an Art class at a neighborhood community center 8 minutes away from her home. He drove her to a closed gate, stopped, and told her they had arrived. She panicked and called me. On speaker phone, I reiterated the address she was intended to go to and told him that the next gate about a block up was the entrance. He did not speak English, and said he didn't understand, so he took her back to her home and asked him to pay her again for the drive back to her home. I messaged Lyft, and they said they were sorry about our experience but would not refund the ride. We won't ever use this service again.

    1 Star: Terrible Experience, Deactivated Account with No Proof I have been a loyal Lyft customer for almost 6 years, maintaining a 4.9-star rating with over 350 rides. Yet, my account was abruptly deactivated with no explanation, and I was informed that I allegedly committed some form of discrimination, violating the companys policies. The problem is, I have no recollection of such an incident, and Lyft has not provided me with any proof or details about what I supposedly said or did. This is completely insane.I do, however, recall reporting a suspicious incident with a driver who asked me for cash and parked across the street from my building. The very next day after submitting my report, my account was deactivated with false accusations. Lyft is not being transparent about the situation, and it seems like they're hiding something. If they cant provide clear evidence or communication of what allegedly took place, then they are violating my rights. No one should have their account canceled without knowing exactly what theyre being accused of.I strongly urge the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to investigate Lyft for possible discrimination and violations of free speech. Passengers should never fear retribution for speaking up, reporting incidents, or expressing concerns without risking their account being canceled unfairly. This is a blatant attack on the rights of consumers, and it sets a dangerous precedent for businesses to cancel accounts without full accountability or due process. Lyft's lack of transparency in handling this situation is alarming, and they need to be held ******************************** needs to be investigated at the highest levels and penalized for canceling accounts without full transparency or providing adequate proof. This experience has been frustrating and unjust.

    Driver pulled up and drove off and Lyft charged no show fee. App showed 41 seconds as we went outside and watched driver ***** drive off. No way to contact customer service other than prompts that didnt fit.

    I recently booked a ride home from work @7am (1.8 miles) with Lyft, I was shown on the app that the ride would be around $8 (+ tip) and was using the wait and save feature. So ride showed up 30 minutes later and I left a $3 tip and when I woke up later I checked my bank account and was being charged over $20. I checked the app to make sure that it wasn't just a hold amount but it was the actual amount. I contact Lyft and even showed them photographic proof that I was expecting to pay one amount and being charged a second amount. They tell me it was because of the time of day, it was 7am there isn't an overwhelming need for drivers at this time, then surge pricing, again it was 7am, and then it was the distance, I don't know about you but going 1.8 miles doesn't seem like it should be over $20. I have repeatedly gone back and fourth with them, with them not understanding that I was not told the price of the ride properly. It was only after that I became aware that it was a $20 ride for 1.8 miles. If I could I would leave not even 1 star for this company.

    I ordered a Lyft on a bitterly cold day in Philly--it was 10 degrees. I am an 70 year old elderly African American woman and I ordered a lyft from ******. I had ONE bag of grocery and the Lyft driver refused to allow me to put my ONE bag on the floor of his car next to me during the ride. He YELLED at me and insisted that he didn't want me to put my ONE bag next to me. He wanted me to put it in his trunk during the 15 min ride to my home. I said I want to keep it near me and he refused to honor the ride. I had waited 10 mins in extreme cold for this ride and he YELLED at me and pulled off. I had to order another Lyft which took 11 minutes. I think Lyft needs to do a better job with their employees.
