Worst company ever! Made one purchase and paid it off. My ****** was hacked as well as my phone and my email, so when purchase was made, I had no idea! Affirm doesnt believe me even though I provided police reports and ******* reports. Affirm will not change a bad credit rating. This company will only cause you problems. This company has a terrible system. I tried to buy a watch and Affirm website wouldnt let me complete the purchase, the page was having problem to load and would tell me to keep trying. I received an email from seller saying that the purchase expired as I couldnt complete the steps. AFFIRM seems not to have a real time connection with the sellers this way creating a glitch on its on system and stealing money from customers even though the purchase didnt go through. Please AFFIRM return my money in no time, I am not the one that took the money the wrong way and me as a customer do not need to wait 2 weeks or **************************************************Review from Larry B

Horrible company to deal with. Had the exact same credit card issue as many others - our bank replaced a **** with a MasterCard and despite 5 months or repeatedly trying to get the new card added their system would never accept it. After a few months one of the support people tried it themselves and they could see it was not working. I spent 5 months trying to get someone from management to call to get this resolved. Nothing, until I started getting calls from collection agency. Affirm / Paybright - never get involved with them - when something goes wrong they are inept and hopeless.Review from Fu Chen C

I cant log into my account after providing phone number and SSN! I tried resetting it through email but some reason my account was linked to a complete random email which led to not being able to reset my account! Basically my account is hacked with my SSN! Now I got to go through every payment to make sure Im not paying interest for someone else and probably have to file a report on Affirm! Disgusting!! Never use Affirm!!Review from Anita Y

When I tried to update my card information the website wouldnt let me, or let me update my address. I tried calling it in to finish paying my bill, was kept on hold for over 30minutes before I could talk to customer service. The guy proceeded to say all my card detail OUT LOUD, with his coworkers around him, and continued even after I told him to not do that. He said he updated all my information. Next month, I get a notice that payment failed. Went back to the website and nothing was changed, and it still wouldnt accept any update. Emailed them, they told me they were having problems on their end, and later told me my MC wasnt acceptedbut they advertise accepting MC? And theres nothing wrong with my card. Continuously tried to contact them, hung up after being on wait for 25-30min each time. I finally get an email suggesting to connect them to my debit banking, which I told them no, I can only imagine it being a security risk going forward. Shady business practice vibes for a company that cant accept MC when they advertise to accept it, cant service calls in a timely manner, or fix their platform for something simple like updating an address- and after 5 months its still not fixed! Wouldnt recommend using this thing to anyone or any business.Review from Scott H

I have attempted to update credit card information as my card was updated by my bank. Their system is unable to process such changes, which is absurd for any financial organization. Instead, they want my banking information, which I am unwilling to hand over as it does not offer the same protection as a credit card. Based on other reviews where people have been overcharged, or charged after balances are paid in full, I do not want to provide my banking account number. Both online and by phone, they are "unable" to update card details. When I attempt to pay the balance in full, the only card they can use is the one that is now out of date. It leaves me unable to pay them by the agreed upon method and puts my credit at risk all because they can't be bothered to address their own IT issues.Review from Kelsey E

Zero stars. I have the patience of a Saint and I cannot believe the run around. I have legit held their hand all the way. It's been 2 months. They contacted the wrong merchant to verify that the company did not get my order and sent them my payments and so will not issue me a refund because they don't have their money back. They don't keep their promises. Even the ones in writing and have lied to me a number of times. What a joke. I will not be using them again. I will be going to the news as well as small claims court if my payment is not refunded by Sept 13, 2023Review from Shahbar D

I bought a Wayfair rug and registered with Pay Bright. I returned the rug before first payment was due. Pay Bright charged my credit card for 8 months wrongfully. Now Pay Bright has reduced my refund by interest. It is charging me interest on an item that was returned on payments that were wrongfully taken out of my account. I have been caught in a night mare between paybright and affirm. I took a loan with paybright somehow it got to affirm. They have been taking double payments out of my account every month. When you call customer service you get the run around. One says it is paybright the other says it is affirm. their website says the two companies merged last July. But they still act like two seperate companies. My last contact they tried to blame **** tires for not getting back to them saying that they did not respond to them. It has been two months and they still cannot figure out why with their computer system i got signed up with both companies. Terrible company ZERO customer service they are seriously criminal and should be shut down. This company makes their money off the backs of everyday people. Ripping them off!
