I just received a package from an order I placed last week. I purchased 6 eye creams from its Office website (********************************************) and believe they are fresh. They sell them in original price. However, I checked the expiration date and found that they were produced in 2020, and they will expire in December this year. The products are not fresh. I would like to return the 3 of them. They refuse to provide me prepaid return label and want me pay the shipping fee. The expiration date is so close. If the products are in good date, Ill be happy to keep all. I emailed the customer service, they just replied me return policy twice. I chatted online, the agent was very rude, sent me the return policy and closed the chat window unilaterally. I just want to return part of them since the expiration date is so close.

I purchased Benefit They're real Magnet mascara. It costs $27 (plus tax). The item is defective (the stopper inside the mascara stick is missing. I lost the receipt and the store will not make an exchange but they sold a defective product. Maybe other people have had the same problem. Maybe they already know that they sometimes sell defective products but continue to sell them since they are not all defective? I would like a refund or exchange for one that is NOT defective.
