    This is criminal enterprise. I dont know how they are not investigating them. After just couple weeks of using they deactivated my account and dont want to send me my money. I am seriously considering starting a class action lawsuit against this company.

    Our buisness after 26 years has been wollered in the mud by Square.They have held up our funds for over a week and a half because they need a review after being with them for over 6 years.They should never ever never hold people's funds....it's not theirs to hold and have,and could really cause people a lot of trouble.Its very stressful very worrisome, didn't know if it was a scam,or if things were being hacked into....we still don't have our funds,and we are still stressed.Square has absolutely no right what so ever never never to do this to any of you either.They caused myself to have a psychotic episode for a week now because they forced me to release bank funds and I didn't want to...I'm still not sure it wasn't a scam,they said they couldn't release any of our buisness funds until we answered all their questions....feels like scam wether it is or not.Thats what dealing with square has turned out to be.They work like hackers and scammers to get your information and forced you around by controlling your funds and info

    SQUARE DISACTIVATES LEGIT ACCNTS WITH ZERO EXPLANATION SQUARE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SHADY *** True what others said: Stupid rules, no legit reasons. I received PENDING DISACTIVATION ************** WILL BE DISACTIVATED IN 30days. After 3 years of giving Square business and $205K yearly gross sales on which they made money on me, they kick me out with zero explanation as to why. For 3weeks Ive been emailing, calling for responses and response is its impossible to give you which section of the rules you violated and we have no facts of violation Really? They dont even know what I violated? One agent said my business isnt supported. How so a legit business ******/short term rental business isnt supported???? So there are millions of other ****** hosts in a world and Square doesnt take any of them??But why not say this to me Before I opened accnt ?? they asked what type of business & only than qualified me to open Square accnt. Which I operated for 3years with zero changes, except growing sales volume so it was fine for 3years and suddenly its not supported??? Stupid rules, nonsense, horrible CS! Ive barely had any disputes, my transactions are solid, mostly swiped card in person. Happy customers. I provided my ****** Superhost accnt & other platforms. I only take CC from direct clients or platforms who make host to take direct payments. How they supported it for 3 prior years w/no issues but suddenly dont???? Cant get anyone to answer!! I was even denied to speak to a manager. Square throws their customers & cant even get simple explanation as to why account suddenly disactivated after 3 years of doing nothing wrong??? So shady, unprofessional & grossly wrong. This Co should go out of business! And their answering on reviews is they cant find account is also grossly wrong. They ask ********** privately to provide account info which I did. They can find my account. And offer support. Sadly they dont!

    Absolute GARBAGE! I have been with square since 2021 and it has been NOTHING but problem after problem. We had to close for 2 days for them to onboard us. After that, We have been pushed around to so many ****** i cant even track how many it has been. The hardware for one is CHEAP! Constantly breaking down and now having to find ***lacements on marketplace or other third party websites, because as a small business i cant afford to continue to pour hundreds of dollars into my POS system. Here is one of my biggest problems, when i call "customer service" 9/10 i know more about ********************** than the person trying to help me. Talk about quick turn over.... For a year i have been trying to get to the bottom of WHY for the love of all things holy they can not keep my inventory correct on their side?!!!!!! I spent 10 hours with another employee counting our inventory because we are so dang sick of getting online sales and having to cancel them due to squares system constantly s******* up our inventory.I spend 3 THREE hours on the phone last summer trying to get to the bottom of the issue and apparently there is no record of what we went over. I was supposed to get a follow up email but that also never happened. I have since called begging for help and get literally nothing..... I have paid for their "services" for almost 4 years now and have never received the service fully. I have called multiple times asking for a supervisor or someone who may be able to better assist me, and can never be transferred. I am always promised a call back and never get one. I told my *** a week ago I needed a call back or Id be posting and filing a complaint with the BBB.... DO NOT sign on with square if you intend on using their inventory system to help you with ordering. It has never ever ever ever been correct. This company is a huge scam and they charge SO much for what any other company can help with,

    I wanted to use the Square service to process payments. I applied for services and was denied. I called to understand why, as the business is well funded. I received a a response "The Decision are final" and I cannot tell you why you were denied. I have never been denied for credit reason and not being told why I was declined goes against the fundamental's of fair practices. Extremely disappointed in a **** ****** company.

    After 5 years with them they desactivated my account no valid reason. They have place account on hold for $1,281 its been 90 days and no release of funds. I am a very small business owner and also disable trying to get funds release and nothing I have done will help. I have email top management and nothing response. Also customer service cant help say its beyond their power and someone will call me and no one does. They are definitely stealing from consumer. Its a shame.

    I deactivated my account. Once I realize square, it was going to hold my money hostage I refunded the customer and deactivated my account and it is now on another POS platform after reading the many reviews negative reviews I may say I dont feel so bad about my situation but it is bad that this company is getting away with doing what theyre doing I would not recommend square **** so any business owner there are plenty of other POS platforms that can be used if all of us business owner unified together and boycotted Square Im sure at some point they will go out of business.

    Deactivated my account randomly after being open for months and saying im verified for buisiness. Acting like any funds up to 1000$ would be processed free. Get the payment sent and now they want me to wait 90 days. Before the payment was sent there was nothing indicating my payment would be held or subject to be held. Cant wait 90 days. Have to send out product customer paid 1300$ for. Parts are worth 3000$ , i **** send the product until payment is recieved. Feel like they intentionally wait for your money to be sent then hold it for their own gains.

    Deactivated my account after my first sale. No explanation or reason. And is now Holding my money hostage. **************** is a joke. They double charged for a service i cancelled and never refunded me.
