    Poor Communication. They wont call you back, they hide behind emails only after they collected our money I was helped by .. lady then they handed me to another guy named ****, he doesnt even pick up. If they dont call me by tomorrow I will call BBB and my bank. How can they take your moneycalling location of were my mom is to halt release

    I would never recommend this place to anyone. ***** was supposed be my advisor. She never contacted me. I had to reach out to her staff and finally was able get to her. She was very rude in any questions I asked. They didn't help me through the process was very unorganized. Lots of miss communication. The day we are supposed to put my Dad to rest , the paper work wasn't complete with the cemetery information. ***** was rude and told me she wasn't able to help . Luckily the manager from the cemetery was able to step in and help me out. So we were able to bury my Dad . We had relatives from our of state. The stress was overwhelming . Worst experience ever!!!!

    I lost my daughter to cancer in November of 23. The extra grief this company added to an already grievous situation was inestimable. If you expect efficient services for a memorial you may have planned, do not use this company! My daughters body was left warehoused somewhere for almost 3 weeks when they finally reached out to me to complete the paperwork as her second next of kin and to sign a Failure to Act form because my daughters son would not respond to their emails or phone calls. After everything was set to be mailed to me they allowed her son to step in at the last minute and reverse everything we had set in place, bypassing my signature agreeing to this. Then they allowed almost another month to go by after the cremation to notify me he had still not picked up the remains. When he finally did show up they did not honor our new agreement to mail me a 10% portion for which they had acquired a permit. Instead they allowed him to walk in and take my portion as well. After a long stint at her bedside as her only caregiver and going through the whole death and dying process with her, I spent another month and a half awaiting her remains, only to be told I wouldnt get any of them.I realize now I should have done my homework and researched other facilities, but in my grief I simply went with the suggestion of hospice. The adage you get what you pay for could not be more appropriate in regards to Tulip Cremation.

    Tulip sent me the death certificates of my mom and the Social Security number was wrong. They said that I signed the documents and you have to create an account! During this trying time I filled out the application, and it was kind of difficult because I was grieving the loss of my mom! At that point, tulip was filling out the application for me. and I couldnt see what they were filling out. then, the next day, the document signer, her name was ***** help me fill it out, but there was no way I can get back in to check my documents, unless I create an account. Their website is easier said than done. Should have video tutorials how to do it correctly so you dont have to run around and find all the information that you need. ***** was a nice lady but Im out $144 cause I got six death certificates and they cant do anything about it but send an amendment to the state so now Im behind on closing her accounts without The proper correct death certificates! I am on limited income myself, and I think with their prior ratings if they want to make it right, they were should refund my money back, at least meet me halfway!

    During an incredibly heart wrenching time, this company made life that much more unbearable than it needed to be. They deliberately came in and took the remains of our loved one from the hospital and cremated them while waiting for word from the next of kin to come and give the updated directive showing what was their wishes we as of 2 months prior to the hospital stay. As well the company was rude and disrespectful to the family and became very “cagey” when it was brought to their attention there was an updated directive in place and that they would have to stand down and give us the whereabouts of our loved one. It was too late by the time they phoned back and they wouldn’t give us the name or location of where they sent the remains. This place needs to loose its accreditations. ASAP.

    The process with Tulip Cremation was a nightmare from start to finish. I cannot express enough the incompetency I experienced . If you are already dealing with them already, be persistent. If you are considering them, DON'T. I would honestly give them a lower score if I could.

    Connected with **** a few times to understand her concerns, apologized for any technical issues that she experienced, refunded missing merchandise and made sure everything was complete to get her loved one back in her possession.

    So disgusted with this company. Had purchased two plans for relatives two weeks ago. everything is done through a website online. (We purchased ours in 2019- was done with a representative on the phone- efficient) The website does not work properly and they even have a disclaimer that they know there is a problem and to contact customer service. Today, the phone number is no longer a serviceable number. No other contact information or number. Though, they had no problem taking my money. Now we are still waiting for someone to help with corrections and directions! **************** reps give conflicting information and misinformation. It has not even been processed as it keeps coming back incomplete. A letter came to ask for additional signatures and information but when one was to log in it was not clear what is to be done. I cannot trust this company to be trustworthy and reliable. I cannot imagine how someone felt who had a passing and tried to call them to pick up the body and the number was not a good number.....How awful! Been over 8 hours now that no one answers...will keep trying and then look for alternatives to recoup my payments to them.

    My fathers funeral is this Friday. We have been calling for weeks and its been radio silence. They took our money and has not responded to a single request for an update. We have no idea if his ashes will be ready. No update on where his body is at. Whether hes been cremated. We know absolutely nothing. I cannot believe the level of cruelty this business possesses during a time when we are grieving and trying to get his affairs in order.

    Its been 3 weeks and Ive been calling for Days with no call back. I was told Id get a call back 2 days ago. Ive emailed and called and no one will call me back or give the status of my Sister. Do not use this service.
