Do not purchase jewelry from this store, maybe loose diamonds, but not jewelry. They do NOT stand behind their product, nor do they value their products post purchase. I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet for my wife where the clasp broke after MAYBE 10 uses. It was a very weak design of a clasp, to which the customer service agent even admitted to directly. I shipped the item back to get fixed, as per their lifetime jewelry warranty, but I was told they could not fix it. Their solution was, IF THEY HAD ONE IN STOCK, they would replace it directly, but since they do not they could only offer me 50% of the original purchase price as a credit. So it is worth replacing to full value, "if you had one in stock" but since you conveniently do not then it is no longer valued the same. I got nowhere with that representative, nor management, and was ultimately left with an unusable tennis bracelet I am hoping to get fixed somewhere else. Nothing like customer service who "agrees with you that the design was flawed, but there is nothing they can do about it" or are willing to do about it. Let's be clear, I have purchased 4 times from this company and every time has some type of customer service issue, so this isn't a one time thing. It was just the most recent, most shocking, and will be my last. Other things were providing complimentary expedited service that I was charged for afterward, guaranteeing delivery by a specific date but then delaying it for 2 weeks after.There are too many companies out there like this one, so find another one.

Love BE! My husband and I ordered rings online for each other, and after receiving his, he decided he wanted a thicker band.. the exchange process was so smooth! We went to a showroom and it was the best experience!

For what can be a very stressful experience, the team at Brilliant Earth in ******** is incredible. Appreciate their attentiveness to my fiancee and I.10/10 would recommend.

I was price-gouged. My ex-fianc paid just shy of $24K for a 3.22 VVS2 lab diamond with E color (I have all of the paperwork and cert for this ring). I have since called off the engagement (he told me to keep the ring) and tried to **** it for what I thought a **** shop would pay and to my surprise, they wouldn't even buy it or make an offer even. He told me this is essentially worthless and no market to sell it if he bought it from me, yet Brilliant Earth decided to sell a worthless ring. I took it to two reputable jewelry stores where they told me I was price-gouged. I have tried to contact Brilliant Earth numerous times with no help from them. I have a ring that is worthless but they sold it for just under $24K to us. They never return a phone call and their customer service **** are rude, opinionated and defensive. I am about to contact an attorney regarding this as this is terrible business practices. If reputable jewelers consider this worthless and won't even make an offer, how is it that Brilliant Earth would (and can) sell it for such an exorbitant price?

Brilliant Earth was a very customer service oriented. They were so helpful when I asked if they could resize my ring. They changed my ring very quickly and didn't charge me for resizing. I appreciate their great customer service. When I received my ring back it fit perfectly. It looked beautiful. It was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Brilliant Earth.

Product quality and quality control is terrible. customer service likely worse. I received my product today. It was the product I ordered but the engraving was done terrible. I called customer service and she told me it was exactly as I ordered. I requested to speak with a supervisor because I was told I had to send it back to be repaired. You cannot repair the engraving. It has to be removed and redone. Waiting for this will go past my deadline. Engraving was not done straight nor in-fact had the spaces I had requested in my order.Horrible customer service and bad quality control.

Bought my wife an engagement ring. Within 3 years a stone fell out. I took it to be repaired. Waited 4 weeks. They gave it back to me with the stone still missing. I was told oh well we will send it back. Ive spent thousands on jewelry with this company and I am not pleased how they have handled this. **************** was cold and not apologetic. Will never buy from them again.

Brilliant Earths packaging is BEAUTIFUL. It ships in a basic brown box, but opening the box is an experience. From the colors inside the box, to the presentation of the ring and ring box, its all gorgeous.4?? The ring box itself is a beautiful wooden box with white interior. My now fiance treasures the box just as much as she does the ring - it is just THAT pretty. 5?? Brilliant Earth has both natural and lab made diamonds; I purchased a lab made diamond. Yes - there are a TON of options to choose from when selecting the diamond itself, but being able to filter based on whats most important to me was such a wonderful feature. This really created such a personalized experience getting to choose the exact diamond that I wanted for her ring. December 2024 I had my fiances ring resized twice, and recently discovered it had lost a small diamond on the side. I shipped it to Brilliant Earth, and upon their inspection, they called to let me know that after resizing, the ring no longer met their standards; the band was too thin and the prongs were over buffed. Their solution? Completely remake the ring AT NO COST because a simple repair of the prongs for the missing diamond would not meet their standards. I have the most respect for Brilliant Earth. If you're on the fence, just jump and buy the jewelry! From start to finish and even through support, Brilliant Earth is in a league of their own!
