    This company is taking advantage of *********** and their time they are being inconsiderate of dog walkers time and energy. Wag is paying 10$ per 20minute dog walks. This is ridiculous in a city like ********. Just traveling to the walk location costs money via Public Transportation. Wag is also being inconsiderate of Dog Walkers time and leaving walkers waiting hours waiting around for another walk. This needs to End what this company is doing is wrong. Walks should be 20$ starting off no more 10$ walks. House holds with multiple Dogs should pay extra for each dog added above one. Dogs with behavioral problems should also pay more. And Wag also leaves Dog Walkers to fend for themselves during emergencies. Not long ago they left me with a skittish German ******* the owner left to ********* left no Emergency contact the Dog was skittish and a flight risk and it took a week an Emailing the CEO of Wag for me to get assistance. I even had to buy the Dog food with my own money because the food the owner left was harmful to dogs. I was only reimbursed for the Food by WAG. And the owner of the dog didnt pay me for 7 days I walked the Dog. And Wag didnt even make their Client pay me. Just left it at that as if it didnt even happen. This company needs to pay consequences for their business practices this is out of hand what Wag is being allowed to do. Without any sort of consequence. They need to do better by the Dog Walkers and Dog Trainers that keep their company afloat or be abolished all together for their inconsiderate business practices. They are taking advantage of Walkers time and making money because of the Dog Walkers and Dog Trainers. How does this company still have an A+ rating with all the Bad reviews they have ?

    I dont like this app. I was a dog ****** On it for 3 months until they deactivated my account over a safety issue no-one in my situation would have control over and i got bitten by the pet parents dog. Whats worse is the pet parent in question wasnt liable for anything due to wag saying i should read ****** notes which arent reliable as theyve been inaccurate. This business should not be used and is horrible to dog walkers considering my case where the owner is at fault for giving the wrong information on their dog notes.

    I wanted to explore the premium benefits and accidentally clicked on the Lifetime Membership button. There was no confirmation button or review of charges. I would like to ****** this membership completely. Your website says that I can cancel within 3 days for a full refund if I don't use any services. I tried contacting the support bot but it sends me cancellation instructions that do not help. It keeps saying to press the "manage subscriptions" button on my app but that button does not exist. There is no phone number or email to call. I am not fully convinced that Wag! is a scam. I want to cancel this Lifetime Premium Membership. I am within the cancellation policy for a full refund.

    This app is an absolute joke and a straight up predatory. Upon signing up, you are asked if you want to do a pro upgrade($200 total). They make it seem enticing, with additional pay and a quicker onboarding. What they don't advertise is that there is literally no business around you. I live in a metro area and it is recommending jobs over an hour away for a 20 minute walk. I've been on the platform for 48 hours and nothing within ***** minutes has been available. I contacted their support to see if I could get downgraded. They said no- you should have read the ****** where it says non-refundable and no exceptions. It's wild that a class action hasn't been filed over their predatory practices.

    Wag char. ges $200+ to expedite enrollment, but errors with App did not allow me to access any work. Spent months working with customer service without any resolution. You cannot call to discuss things with anyone; it just ends up being endless emails.

    this company is a total scam. they hire anyone clearly without running any kind of background check. This person then has access to all of your information let alone home and property. The walkers/sitters obviously know that in most cases the owner is not present, even out of town let alone country and so they take full advantage. if they show up they are abusive and completely neglectful of the animals for whom they are supposed to be caring. there is zero customer service. when you do get a response via email, it is abusive and fails to resolve any underlying issues. this is a horrible company set up to defraud people by assuring care of their beloved pets and then failing to provide that service (and making the client feel guilty for leaving their pets and entrusting this company with their care).

    No customer service, 3 different walkers in 1 month, ****** cxd 2 hrs before appointment and I work 12 hr shifts. For 5 hours they kept saying they would find a replacement but never did and eventually stopped answering me. This was the "second chance" I gave them. Guess I should have trusted my gut and not called them again. Oh and they charge you when you book so I'm out the money, my dog didn't get to go for a walk or to the bathroom for over 13 hours. Don't trust your pet to these people.

    My step-daughter signed up to be a dog ******. She sent me a text via the wag website that said "Please endorse my application to become a dog ****** with Wag!". I clicked on the link. I left her an endorsement (a "super endorsement" - no explanation of what that entailed was provided). It then put up a screen that said paypal. There was no amount or explanation. I clicked 'CONTINUE' and was immediately notified from Paypal (via GooglePay) that my Paypal account had been dinged for $10. It never told me the amount or that I was authorizing the charge. I have had no luck or response from customer service trying to get a refund.It cannot be legal to charge someone without stating an amount or that they are being charged.Huge scam. I hope they treat her better than they treated me - although she is now suspicious of this company.Looking at reviews, I can only assume they had no success getting people to use them to walk their dogs and decided to just prey on friends and relatives of new dog walkers asking for reviews and surreptitiously charging their GooglePay/PayPal accounts.

    They charged me $200 + for a background check and an fee for the application to perform dog walking services. App would not let me connect to stripe and setup an account. Contacted ********************** for over a month to either correct setup or provide a refund. No options were given to correct setup and no reimbursement was given. Lost over $200 and was never able to setup an account for dog walking services.
