            The site offers products of various levels of quality, which are priced accordingly. Manufacturing seems to be completed in *****, the chair I purchased seems to be well made. Prices are good.The site itself is slow and doesnt accurately reflect the status of orders (at least not mine, as it still shows in process, but my chair was delivered). Delivery tracking information was not provided & my order just showed up one day. The order stated it would include some nice to have, but non-critical items, but were not included in the delivery. The packaging, which was covered with Chinese postage stamps, seemed homemade as a larger box was cut down and heavily taped together resulting in minor issues with the chair, which you have to look carefully to see.Multiple communications via email and phone calls resulted in Sohnne representatives setting expectations which have never been met.

            I have had these chairs for about a year. They are very comfortable. As a pet owner, I have to say that these chairs are amazing. I was worried about the dog scratching it or the dog hairs sticking to this chair, but a year later there are no scratches and the hairs are immediately cleaned by hand. so I would say that it is just a defect in the chair and not a problem for all chairs in general. Overall we really liked it and I would buy it again. Highly recommend

            Cannot say anything bad about this everything is perfect. The size is great for an adult. My six-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. She’s been using it as her bed is extremely soft material and it just forms to you when you lay down in it. I do wish it was a darker color, but otherwise everything is great. Nice strong durable material up. No issues when we open the packaging for this is the price even better

            We bought this product for a psychology business, so that the patient can sit or lie down and that we can store it when it is not in use and the truth has fulfilled its function perfectly. Although its structure is made of steel and is quite firm and resistant, it is relatively light so that it can easily be moved by two people without the need for other outside help. Obviously it's not a mattress, but it's so comfortable that I think it's even perfect as a single bed for someone visiting your home. Great product and great supplier!

            I purchased a Eames replica chair, and while clearly a replica, the quality is to my liking. The whole of the initial transaction was off to a (very) rocky start, ***** (the GM) intervened to resolve all issues to my satisfaction. Thank you, *****, for all of your efforts.

            this table is the real deal! Looks just like the photos, maybe even better in person. It's solid and feels like it's built to last. Big time love for the design - hands down the best one I've laid my eyes on. And gotta give a massive thanks to Matthew from customer service. The guy sorted me out with all the info I needed: dimensions, what it's made from, weight, and even the delivery deets. Setting it up? Yeah, definitely easier with two people, but so worth it. Thanks again, Matthew, for making this whole thing a breeze! This table is legit!

            Ordered on Aug 23, 2024. On the website it says that the order will be delivered by Aug 29. Still haven't updated the order and there's no tracking number provided. All the phone numbers on the website are not working. Emails are not replied.
