            I ordered an item from Culture King. Had to return it so I could my refund. Ive YET to receive my refund. They had my package since December 12, 2024. They barely respond back, you cant call. They are legit SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Dont purchase from these ppl. I think they need to be looked into. Thinking about getting an attorney. Cause this ridiculous. Give people they refunds.

            Buyers Be Ware! I placed the order on 12/1 and it got lost in transit. I reached out to CS and was told it was a delay in shipping and for Me to wait. I kept reaching out they then said they would open an investigation with ****. They never did. I receive an email write before I decided to write this that the package has been delivered and thats a lie! The package is missing! They dont want to give Me My money back for items that have been lost! I will continue to dispute this with ******** DO NOT order anything from this place. It honestly feels like a scam. Its horrible business practices and none of the employees have ethics or morals. Its really ridiculous to have to fight tooth and nail to get your money back for items you never received. Completely absurd. NEVER AGAIN. DONT SHOP WITH THEM.

            I returned my order to Culture Kings and they refuse to refund me even after the **** tracking says it was delivered. What a fraud of a company. They lost my package and now Im out of more than $300. The best part is, I used the prepaid shipping label that they provided and they arent any help with locating my return. Im 100% sure that they lost it. Very unorganized and unprofessional buyer beware!!

            They shipped my product to the wrong address auto populated and when I asked to cancel immediately after it was placed they responded post it shipping with a customer service number. It was too late never got my shirt I paid for but I did get some nice insults from ********. This is a scam

            culture kings = a bunch of frauds and incompetent worthless reprobates that know absolutely nothing about how to operate a business on any level. culture kings also claims to have a customer service line that is complete clown show of faggots. called it just to see if what they say is true - have been on the phone for over 1 hour without being acknowledged by culture c*** called within their limited fake customer service hours. ********************** c*** plays gay rap music by a bunch of no skill losers while you wait to talk to a customer service agent on their fake customer service line. sent emails to ********************** c*** to inquire about a product, culture c*** never once responded to my inquiry. i am not going to stop here with this review -this is going to be the end of culture c*** and their fraudulent website that promises fast shipping of product they do not even have in their inventory. h*** culture c*** doesn't know how to ship any product- they don't have the brains to ship anything but they may have brains to **** it in the closet like the faggots they are. they know how to set up a fraudulent website that is shockingly still up. **** donkey d*** choke and die culture c*** **** it and die. **** it and die. you deserve a slow death. why hasn't culturekings.com been terminated as a fraudulent business? perhaps h*** hole and corrupt ********** is a reason along with h*** hole *********. culture c*** you have messed with the wrong person your end is here.

            We've made attempts to find orders associated with ************************* but couldn't locate any in our system. Additionally, we searched for an order linked to the email address ************************* Regrettably, this anonymous proxy is frequently employed for fraudulent transactions due to its untraceable nature. As a result, we refrain from accepting orders originating from @protonmail addresses and automatically cancel them. Furthermore, I checked for any communication from ************************ to our CX team, but we have no such records on file.

            I PURCHASED A TSHIRT SIZE XL. ON WEBSITE SAID GO A SIZE UP BECAUSE IT RUN SMALL. TSHIRT WAS GIANT IT CAN FIT TWO OF ME EASILY. I TRIED TO RETURN IT AND YOU ONLY OFFERED PARTIAL REFUND. COME ON YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT

            If youre wondering whether you should trust this store or not.. my advice is: do not I ordered a hat and paid for express shipping to have it delivered within 1-2 business day. Shipping got delayed and for almost 2 weeks and when I contacted the customer service they said they were sorry. Really?They said theyve refunded my shipping costs which is the least they could have done. No theyre not sorry, only not respectful with customers. Not buying from them again.

            I'm seeing a trend with reviews for this company. I definitely should have checked before ordering. I purchased with Culture Kings and had bad experience like all the others. I paid for the product and received emails about shipping. However never received my package!!!! Reached out to Culture Kings and basically their response was to file a report with ***** Thats a huge red flag! Second red flag is theres no phone number to contact company only an email. I definitely should have read reviews before purchasing. All other reviews complain of same issues. Tons and tons of customers complaining about never receiving products they ordered and trying to get refunds. So it looks like they are generating fake shipping and then having customers file claims through the shipping company trying to shift all blame to shipping company. I will never purchase through this company again and will be sure to tell friends, family and post on all my social media accounts to get the word out. I dont know how these fraudulent companies are allowed to show up in ****** searches. Definitely Looks like a scam company to me. All the signs and red flags are there. When you see same responses from customer after customers then it can't just be a coincidence it appears to be intentional.
