I've been an Evernow customer in ******** since March 2024. My tele provider has been knowledgeable and very responsive. She has worked with me to adjust my treatment. Evernow gives you the option to fill your prescription at a pharmacy of your choice, or to use the Evernow mail order pharmacy. Since I live in a small town and my insurance doesn't cover the particular meds, I chose mail order delivery. My previous in person primary care provider was not knowledgeable about peri/menopause and dismissed my symptoms. I'm grateful to have found Evernow.

I feel scammed and I was lured into engaging with the provider with questions meant to deflect any treatment to just take my money and stop engaging. Im not even sure if I was talking to a real provider. $150 for 3 months and 3 passive messages is insane.

Our licensed nurse practitioners and doctors review all aspects of an individual's medical history in addition to their preferences noted at sign-up and messages with members to co-create a care plan. We do not automatically generate a care plan without this level of review and individual discussion with patients as we want to know what we prescribe will decrease symptoms and be safe.In discussion, our providers often share different options for care because we want all members to be informed about their choices. Our records show that this conversation stopped when we had more clarifying questions for this member and stopped engaging with us before we could offer a treatment plan.

Horrible experience!!! **************** tries to dictate when you schedule your mammograms and is clearly not informed about The Patient Bill of Rights! She certainly does not honor or adhere to them. This is such a scam of a practice! I would like to warn other potential victims/patients.

Aligned with major medical societies, Evernow recommends all women receive a screening mammogram every 2 years as this is the primary modality for early detection of breast cancer. Some medications require mammogram results to continue on medication. If a member wishes to delay their treatment due to lack of availability for mammogram screening, then members can opt to pause treatment or cancel our services until theyre ready to return with their mammogram results.

The ** will only prescribe the patch, which falls off constantly, and for which there is a shortage. It's a scam. They ignore questions about other formulations and tell you to just call around to other pharmacies. Save your money and go to a real doctor.

There has been a well documented shortage of estradiol patch that has unfortunately disrupted care for many women who rely on them. The conversations between this former member with our Evernow provider were initially focused on members selecting a pharmacy to send our prescription.Patients receiving active care are required to research and select what pharmacy they want their prescription sent. Were not able to tell members where to get their medications and this is why this former member was asked to contact whats available to them.Upon the members request for alternatives, the member chose to not follow up on non-patch options.

The company asks you all of your vitals. Height , weight, blood pressure etc before you pay and they tell you if you can be helped. Also, you tell them what type of meds you are looking for. I said bioidentical patch. They said yes we can help you. I paid the $49 only to be completely scammed. No systemic hormones because of my weight. Fine, but you knew my weight before I signed up. They tried to sell me this herbal supplement instead. The provider is in another state she is a nurse. I swear I thought I was speaking to an AI bot. Ladies, I knows it rough. Wait for a Doctors appt. These places are a full scam. If you have side effects from the ** they give you , I dont think you are going to get the help you need. They only answer you once every 24hrs and its almost scripted sounding. They dont answer on weekends.

    Hello ******,

Our licensed nurse practitioners and doctors review all aspects of an individual's medical history in addition to their preferences noted at sign-up to help determine a care plan. We do not automatically generate a care plan without this level of review and individual discussion with patients as we want to know what we prescribe will decrease symptoms and be safe. In discussion, our providers often share different options for care because we want all members to be informed about their choices. Evernow is currently an asynchronous, messaging platform in which a nurse practitioner or doctor ******* directly to patients in 24 hours or less. Our website shows the providers on our platform, where you can review a bit about them and the states they are credentialed in at any time.

Took my membership fee and stopped messages when I didn't want to take anti depressants for menopause.
