This business continues to harass me at all hours of the day and night. They are seeking travel nurses. While I am an RN I have absolutely no interest in their services. I have made this abundantly clear. I have unsubscribed from their messaging several times. Their automated messaging assures me that I will receive no additional messages from the number.... And then I receive messages on behalf of their business from a different number. I would like to know where they purchased my information from so I can get my information removed from whatever service sold them my contact information. Then I would like to never receive another message from Vivian Health again.

    Hello ******,

We sincerely apologize for the unwarranted communication that you were receiving from us. It is possible that you're receiving automated 'hot jobs' alerts (sent by *****) and/or job proposals from recruiters working for the agencies that post jobs on our platform (these messages are sent from different phone numbers). Responding STOP to any ***** text will unsubscribe you from our 'hot jobs' mailing list, however if you responded STOP to a unique job proposal, you will only be unsubscribed to that recruiter but this will not disallow other recruiters to send you proposals. You may have received proposals because you appear "actively looking" on the recruiters' end, meaning one or more of your job search preferences are toggled on, unfortunately we are unable to confirm this since your account has already been deleted. Nevertheless, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and for the challenges youve encountered in unsubscribing from our communications.

We understand that you are not familiar with our platform features but it appears that you signed up for an account on January ******** using the email address ********************** and phone number **************. Since our support team had successfully deleted your profile, per your request, you should not receive any more automated job alerts from Vivian Health or any job proposals that link to jobs posted on our website moving forward. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at **********************************************************.

This business received my contact information in 2020 when I was looking for work at the beginning of the pandemic. I did not use their recruiting service and found full time employment and at this time attempted to remove my name from their contact list through the app, through email, and by responding to text messages. They have continuously ignored my request, and if I block a number or email they use another one, sometimes daily. They have also shared my contact info with other recruiters who are now contacting me daily as well. I would like all of my information removed from their contact list immediately or I will pursue this further.

    Hello *******,

We sincerely apologize for the unwarranted communication that you've been receiving from both our automated system and from recruiters sending over job proposals. Looking into your Vivian account, it looks like you had your job search preferences for Travel Contracts toggled on, this made you appear 'actively looking' to recruiters on our platform- we went ahead and toggled this off so you don't receive any more proposals from recruiters. We also unsubscribed you from 'hot jobs' SMS alerts (sent thru *****) and it looks like you're already unsubscribed from automated email alerts. We do not share any personal information with agencies and the only way that an agency will have access to your contact information is if you previously expressed interest in a job that they posted.

If you prefer to have your Vivian account deleted permanently, please send an email to our clinician support team at ********************************* Or you can log in to your account > go to Profile > click on the Edit icon (pencil icon) > scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says 'Delete account'.

We again apologize for the repeated communication and we hope to hear from you soon.

This is a job recruitment company. Multiple times I asked them to remove my information and stop harassing me. I deleted my information from their site and replied to texts and calls to STOP but they keep contacting me from multiple numbers- I block them but it doesnt work help!!!

Hi ******, thank you for flagging and we sincerely apologize for the unwarranted messages that you're still receiving. Looking at your profile history, it looks like you successfully deleted the account registered with the email address ************************ on April 5th and that should take you off our text and email lists. However, it looks like your phone number is associated with another profile registered with the email ************************************** (please see attached screenshot). This is probably the reason why you're still receiving communications from us or from recruiters that are seeing your profile as 'actively looking'. Please delete this as well account to permanently stop all communications. In the interim, I toggled off your search preferences in that account so you don't appear 'actively looking' on the recruiters' end and they won't be able to send you job proposals.

I have repeatedly tried to unsubscribe from Vivian text and email notifications about travel nursing jobs, now trying to unsubscribe for more than 2 years. I continue to receive them. I have them blocked on my Gmail, but they keep getting through on my phone. If they offer an unsubscribe option, they need to honor it when we opt out. It is an obnoxious business practice.

Our support team received the initial notification regarding *********************' complaint on August 13th. We reached out to her on August 15th and had the issue resolved within that day. We primarily toggled off the Job Search Preferences, specifically for Travel Contracts, in her profile since having this turned on means that she appears 'actively looking' for a job (she toggled this on on July 5th), thus making her profile public and the recruiters on our platform are able to send her messages. She opted to have her account deleted, which we complied with. As of August 15th, *********************' Vivian Health profile and all the information therein were deleted from our platform.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
