    I order a product from himalayanrocksaltlamp.com on the 5th of Feb 2024.cant get ahold of company numerous is out of service and no response from anyone. There is no way to contact them but there site is still up and selling to unexpected customers.

    I ordered a desk lamp for a gift on 12.19.23 and paid a total of $46.29 ($1.34 & $44.95). I received an email that I thought was a confirmation however, it stated that my order was confirmed and would be packaged soon; no confirmation number. I was to receive a tracking number for my order within 7 days and never received it. I could not find a phone number to call so I emailed the company and never received a response. When I called the number associated with the company on my banking, it was for a medical alert place! I have accepted that I will not receive the product (been over 10 days) & be unable to retrieve my money (although, I am going to file paperwork with my bank).

    I ordered a table top lamp with a gold base and white lampshade. A month later I finally received the lamp but the base was silver and not gold. I emailed the company 3 times and received no response. I also tried to call the phone number on their website several times but it just was a busy signal. Seems like a sham business. You will get something eventually maybe but wont be exactly what you ordered and no customer service to fix anything. Be better. Photos attached of what I received vs what I ordered.

    I purchased a lamp on September 30 and received something from the company on October 11. I had ordered a full-sized lamp, 9" tall, and paid $23.94. They sent me a night light. I emailed their support department with the details of my order and requested a full refund to my original method of payment. The automated response said to wait 1-2 days for them to investigate and respond. This was on October 11. I reached out again on October 14, and still have received no response.
