I have had ****** net internet service for a few years. of course when i moved i transferred the service which started a new 2 year contract. The service wasnt that good in my new location so when I asked to cancel they said they would charge me. I chose the least expensive solution of keeping the lowest service package. My contract expires Feb 6, 2023. I called Jan 6th to schedule the disconnection on Feb 6 at the end of the contract. I had paid my last month of $77 that very day. They went ahead and disconnected my service without any mention of an added fee. This morning I get a bill for an early disconnection fee. For one, i did not request to disconnect the service i had just paid for, #2 my contract was paid in full. if they want to charge me the one month disconnection fee then return my $77 service charge. I have paid $77 a month for a sub-par service for the last ****************************************************************** an early termination fee... turn the service back on for one month so i can use what i paid for or get rid of the early termination fee.... so frustrating..

Hey ****, sorry to hear about your bad experience with ****** Net internet service. We are actually not that business. We are Post Planner, a web app for scheduling social media posts. It looks like you accidentally reported your bad experience with ****** on Post Planner's BBB account instead of on ******' account. Let me know if I can help with anything. Would it be possible to delete this complaint from our BBB account and report it on ****** instead? You can email me at ********************************** or reply here if you have more questions. Thanks! **** (postplanner.com).

    Hey Kara,

Im sorry this happened. I sent a response to you about 5 hours ago prior to your complaint here on BBB. My support software tells me you still haven't seen my response. I just responded to that thread again.

?I think the problem may be that you have 2 different gmail accounts that youre communicating from:

    *************************

    **********************

You may only be receiving responses from me on one of them.

Your official account with Post Planner is under the email with 0927.

As I mentioned in my original response, I have refunded the charges from 2022 and 2021 and sent you the statements for those refunds.

Your account is now cancelled and you will not be billed again.

NOTE: I shared this same response via email to both gmail addresses.

Please let me know if you have more questions or need any further help from us. I'm here to help. :)

    Thanks!

    Josh
