I processed an order for a Corel Template Bundle electronic download last night. I received a confirmation email from PaymentWall of the MasterCard successful transaction immediately, but I haven't received an authorization for the Download. I called MC today and they said the transaction was pending, PaymentWall hadn't processed it yet, and I would have to wait at least 10 days to ask for a refund from them. So then it appears that PaymentWall could be sitting on the money for 10 days. I assumed (as has been true in the past) that an electronic purchase for an electronic download would be processed almost immediately. It has been well over 12 hours. I have submitted the transaction info to Corel. They acknowledged that it was a valid purchase through Corel. So the holdup is with PaymentWall. I'M NOT HAPPY with this transaction. I was expecting to be able to make use the electronic purchase right away.

This company is complete trash. They are supposed to be verifying people information for other companies, but they abuse this and s**** people over. You provide them the necessary documents, then tell you they need to see your DL number and CC number. Sorry, they are not authorized to see that information and have no need to see that. When you provide them a CLEAR picture of your drivers license, front and back, and your credit card, front and back, numbers covered of course, they deny that information and tell you they need more documentation. They want you to take ANOTHER picture of your drivers license with your face next to it. Sorry but this beyond what is necessary to verify someone, and you are a scam. ALL my information matches, so I do NOT need to send you any more **** information. I will continue to protest this pathetic company who abuses the system at their wim. They refuse to answer emails and address this issue. They dont care that they s**** customers of the company they are "protecting", which they are not. They have cost this company five accounts as far as im concerned. You have a 1 star review. That says it all right there how pathetic and sad this company isReview from Adlof H

Its a ********** company so that should tell you most of what you need to know. They are as trash as Paypal. Used for Black Desert Online that is a trash game and my account gets locked and playing the game is futile if you cant buy stuff in game. Will never play BDO or buy anything that uses Payment Wall or PayPal again. I agree with ****** that if I could watch the leadership and the families of all 3 companies die from stage 4 cancer with no meds for the pain, id still beat them as the life fades from their eyes. I'm sure it would give me the biggest hard on I've ever had from the joy of knowing they are gone forever and knowing they suffered.
