    Hi,I am requesting a refund of $333.The product description that ***********************/Atticus Publishing provided with Kindle for Wild Horses Run Free on Amazon is not accurate with my book Wild Horses Run Free as indicated within the screenshot that I took on yesterday (9/22/2023.) The product description indicates an **** character for my book. There is no **** character in my book. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of $333 from Atticus Publishing.Please view the screen shot within the attachment of this email from Amazon Kindle's product description for Wild Horses Run Free that I took on yesterday (9/21/2023.)Sincerely,***************************

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We truly value the trust you've placed in our services, and I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you might have experienced.

    I would like to clarify that the service we provided for you was specifically related to setting up your Amazon Author Central and categorizing your book. With respect to the book description on Amazon, we do not have the authority or capability to make changes to it. Only your publisher (Xlibris) holds the rights and access to update or change the description of your book. Consequently, the errors you mentioned in the description were not made by our team.


    Having said that, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. As such, we have promptly refunded your payment. Additionally, in respect of your preferences, we've also cancelled your scheduled TV interview. Please accept our sincere apologies for any misunderstandings.


    We greatly value our relationship and would love the opportunity to assist you in the future. Once the current issue is resolved, we would be more than happy to have you back and ensure that your experience with us meets the high standards we aim to achieve.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I believe that *********************** or someone from Atticus Publishing either set up the Kindle product description or sent the product description to Xlibris.

    I love you guys. *********************** and I have a great rapport. I would love to retry in about six months getting a package in about six months. 

    Please don't fire *********************** over a mistake.

    I would like for ******* and I to keep in touch in a few months. I would like for ******* to check up on me from time to time. I may have about two books to publish.

    There are no hard feelings.
