            In review of my credit report, I saw that Figure has began doing soft pulls of my credit in May 2024 and has persisted through July 2024. I have not sought any type of loan from them or anyone. Thus, they should not have access to my SSN let alone use it to make any soft pulls of my credit report.

            Figure sent me an email that I had an incomplete loan application. I had NOT applied for a loan. When I called to ascertain when the alleged load application was made they attempted to get additional personal information from me. Wha e I expressed caution to provide too much more information they did not provide the date of the alleged application. I suspect fraudulent activity.

            There is a possibility that the program will lock you out of your account. At that point you no longer have access to your loan and no one at the company will help you out. They cut ties with you and getting anything done like paying off the loan is a nightmare. Good luck. You would think they would have a tech support or try to resolve the account access issue but no.
