This industry has become so saturated, youd expect them to start with the shady stuff soon enough. Ive done hundreds of their studies& surveys over the years , and just got my first you dont meet quality standards after completing a lengthy , interactive survey. Id like to know what happens to the data theyve received thru their app on these poor quality responses .Review from Alton W

I signed up for UserTesting last year with the hope of contributing my feedback and earning some extra income. While my account was approved, I've been disappointed by the lack of test opportunities. I've diligently completed the screener questions and ensured my profile is up-to-date, yet I haven't received any tests since July 2023. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach UserTesting support regarding the lack of test opportunities haven't been successful. Despite sending multiple emails outlining my concerns and seeking clarification, I haven't received any response. This lack of communication and apparent disregard for user inquiries raise serious concerns about their professionalism and responsiveness.

On 10/18/2022 at 5:18 AM MDT, I was contacted, outside of my local business hours, to be told that I would NOT be paid for work performed. Apparently, a 3 out of 5 stars and completing the task, all of its requirements, AND a completely a subsequent test are not worthy enough to be paid what is owed to me. UserTesting took my personal, protected data and misused it under the ruse of making payment to me as a verified tester. It seems like their scam is to sell data without paying for it. They are illegally using my data as a result. This is fraud, and they must answer to it.UserTesting San Francisco (HQ) Response
