    This company has been operating and deceiving customers since 2017. I wished I wouldve done my research like I normally do a lot sooner and I wouldve easily found out that this company is a scam but I was fooled by the glamorous website all of the information such as the most powerful, smart wallet on the market All lies of course! I ask why have they been able to operate and steal from people for so long now this company needs to be shut down immediately. I would like my money back Ill $260. I work hard for that money, I do not lie, cheat, or steal for that money , I sacrifice spending time with my family for that money. That money is a necessity to provide for my family. So why I ask, does Volterman get to continue to lie and steal, they need to be shut down immediately.

    I ordered a gps tracking wallet from Volterman on December 14th, 2022. The amount of the order was $197.50 I paid $178.50 for the wallet itself and $19.00 for the engraving. They let me know it would take **** days to ship and once it shipped they would give me a tracking number. However its now March 7th, 2023 and I have not received my product. I contacted the company on January 17th, 2023 asking if my product had been shipped yet and I got a response saying they were sorry for the delay but it was still in the processing stage and they couldnt tell me an exact date yet when it would be shipped. I emailed them yesterday on March 6th, 2023 asking them to cancel my order and issue a refund as soon as possible but I havent received an email back from them yet.

    My significant other ordered a wallet with engraving on December 14, 2022, it is now MARCH 7 2023 (4 months since ordering) and haven't received the wallet. Asked several times for a refund and we're not getting any responses. Company is a scam and will take your money and duck all your inquiries.     I ordered a bifold wallet with an engraving on it for $218 on 7/12 but I havent received it yet so I asked for a refund on 9/12 and I was told Ill get the refund in 10 business days but I havent received anything. When I asked them for an update on my refund they just respond saying that theyre doing their best and to be patient over and over again.

    On April 15, 2022 I purchased a bifold wallet for my son as a birthday gift in the amount of $196.20. I reached out multiple times to request the status of the order and was told it would soon be shipped. I waited a couple weeks before requesting a full refund on May 29, 2022 and, at that time I was told the refund would be issued in 10 working days. To date, I still have not received my refund and feel this company is just giving me the run around.

    I placed an order on 10 March 2022, i was informed it will ship in 7 days. I asked for a status on the 10 day was was informed it will ship out soon. Nothing came in, I asked for them to cancel my order on 31 March and provide a refund was informed the refund was on the way. I did not receive a refund after 5 days, i asked them again and they said sorry we will issue it. Well as of today 06 May 2022, it still dont have a refund. I have copies of all email traffic between me and them if you need it. product was a Smart Wallet for $218.00

    12/8/2022- I PURCHASED A $200 WALLET FOR CHRISTMAS ON THIS WEBSITE FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE GIVEN THEM MORE TIME THEN REQUIRED AND MISSED MY WINDOW IN REPORTING A FRAUD TRANSACTION.. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASED AND EVERYTIME I COMMUNICATED WITH THEM IT WAS ALWAYS BY EMAIL ONLY AND THEY WOULD ASSURE ME IT WAS ON THE WAY AND SHOULD BE RECEIVED SOON, TO THIS DATE PURCHASE HAS NEVER BEEN RECIEVED AND FUSTRATION WITH THIS COMPANY EVERYTIME WE COMMUNICATED BY EMAILS ONLY! I KNOW IM NOT GONNA RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK BUT I WOULD LIKE CONSUMERS TO BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY ITS FRAUD

    We have checked all the details of the customer and noticed that he made an order on November 22 and once the shipping of his order started we provided the Tracking Number via auto-notification (RF101566982AM). Unfortunately, the customer has not received his package, which is please take into consideration out of our control, so we have requested our post for more detailed information about the package's location. We have been informed that the package is on its way to us. The customer requested a refund of his order. Please note that according to our policy the refund will be issued once we received the package back in *******: https://volterman.com/pages/return-replace-and-refund-policy We have informed to customer accordingly that once received the package back we will issue the refund of his order. 

    Once again we have asked our post office for the location of the post office, as we have not received the package yet. In case we receive additional information from the post office regarding the package we will share the information with the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the on going story they have been telling for now 6 months. I am requesting by fault of to refund money.  They cannot confirm a delivery and if at a post office it should have already been located.
